I’m honestly surprised this place is still open. It was very disappointing. The place was extremely dirty, and the customer service was poor from the start. There was no one in line, yet the lady took a long time to come over and take our order.
While sitting at the counter eating my fries, I noticed one of the employees handling food without wearing gloves. Another employee saw me looking and told her she should put gloves on, and her response was “yeah, yeah, whatever.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety.
There were clearly many sanitation issues, and because of that I will not be coming back. I may drive to Providence Place next time and see if the location there is better. South Shore Mall can definitely do better than this. 1:00 pm 03/07/26

The last time I came here, there was a metal piece on my fries. So I told myself not to get food here but maybe a drink was safe. The drink wasn’t even blended thoroughly. Also, beware of their hidden fees. Whether you use the kiosk or pay at the register, the price that the cashier gives you and what’s in your credit card is completely different. Maybe I missed a sign they’ll be charging extra for using a credit card? They don’t give you a receipt with the amount you paid either, just your order number and what you ordered. If they don’t have a sign then they are really sneaky.

It’s in the food court at South Shore plaza we asked the girl at the counter about their Hot dogs and she said they only had kid size until I pointed out they make a chili dog and she said “oh yeah, well ..”
Plus almost $8.00 for a lousy small milkshake. I do like the old fashion stool seats at the counter it gives a retro vibe…

The service here is absolutely horrendous. I get there with 20 minutes to spare before they close. Politely, I ask the cashier (skinny kid with glasses) if they were still taking orders (Assumed it was obvious considering the time), and he says “Let me ask”. He asked the manager or whoever and they guy rolled his eyes and said for him to take my order. After saying they don’t do Apple pay or Samsung pay, I said to use the chip on my card as the tap doesn’t work. He said they can’t do that either. He said “We slide here”. He couldn’t figure how to even slide the card correctly. He now tries to manually input. He tells me my card is expired. (It expires 08/28 btw) I said it wasn’t. He does it AGAIN. It works this time. I told him what sauces I wanted. Finally after not even 10 minutes, he says my food was ready. No ketchup in the bag for the order of fries so I had to ask for that. I take my food to go, and after it was too late, I realized my sauces I asked for weren’t in the bag, nor were there napkins, or a straw for my fountain drink. The fries were mush, so I threw them out after eating 5 or 6 of them. I took a sip of my drink and had to toss that out. The service SUCKED. Kid seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered, and just wanted to go home, smoke weed, and play Pokémon Go. Place is a joke. I will be demanding a full refund tomorrow morning. Do not go here.

So I would like to start with the fact for the past few months I have been coming to eat here. With previous team members I had no issue but the last two times I ate here I’ve had this problem. A long time ago I worked in a place where we sold salads so I understand sometimes when the season changes batches aren’t that great. But if I am paying near $15 for a salad I should be able to eat it. Nearly half the salad was old. So I’m pretty sure they are just putting fresh salad in the bin with 4 day old lettuce. I’m highly disappointed.

They get zero stars for service I just had the worst experience. We ordered two combo meals and one of the burgers were missing when we went back to tell them the Asian guy and Spanish guy with the mullet said that we were lying and refused to make the burger. They then laughed in our faces and told us to come back tomorrow to see the manager. We said no, and if they weren’t going to replace the burger we wanted a refund in which they said no and the Asian guy said we should have checked our food before we left. The refund was finally done but since it was card we have to wait for it to clear if it’s not cleared by Monday I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I loved this place and I will never come back.

False advertising today at least, went at 11:30 am, no one was there, but everything else in the food court was open. At 11:45, someone was starting to open up, and she said another thirty minutes. Except, Google says this location opens at 11am. I’ve had the food before, lots of french fries and the chicken sandwich was good. I just wish that they would open on time as advertised. This has happened to me before.
Update 7/31/23 they were open today, and they truly are good, but $11 for 1 sandwich? Popeyes literally next door, would give you a sandwich, fries and drink for that price, probably less.

Employees working grills and fryers wearing Crocs, everyone has air pods in, eating ice cream at the register, barely got a lethargic hello, let alone a smile. Doesnt anyone care about custo.er service anymore?!?! On the plus side, got the Houston burger, and it was fantabulous, although the burgers were still pretty pink.

Love the retro feel. Food is usually great. Yesterday when I ordered though. The fryolator was showing the check fluid message. I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt and say yes the oil is being checked. But it is a red flag (from a distance) that proper checks aren’t being done.
