Ordered your almost 20 dollar plate and was very disappointed. Chicken was like the turkey from National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation by so extremely dry it seemed to pop open by it’s self with steam exciting it’s orifices and about 5 very little cuts of sausage and about two and a half very thin slices of brisket. Hash browns that look and tasted like they were left over from breakfast. And coleslaw that after I took a few spoons felt like I’m subjected myself to enough embalming fluid that I’ll be preserved semi well for the next year. And I am definitely feeling that I paid too much for this. I only showed up because of a gathering But I’ll definitely be suggesting next gatherings be at a different place. I felt like my being there and the money wasn’t appreciated either way. Staff shouldn’t dictate what I buy or for whom I buy for also. Not coming back.

Drive thru order, Cashier not friendly, almost dropped the drinks in drink carrier, asked for ketchup, was told sorry we are out. We normally visit Bill Miller’s 4 to 5 times a month. This was the first time in a long time that I was not only disappointed with the service but also the food. We ordered 3 of the Crispy chicken sandwich meals. Maybe the food was sitting in the warmers for too long because the fries here hard (not crispy) and at best just warm. The chicken was dry, crust on the chicken was just laying on the bread when I opened the sandwich. Chicken was dry and hard. We have enjoyed our food in the past, just thought I need to post since this was the 3rd time in October I’ve been disappointed with my order. FYI, I didn’t call to complain, probably wouldn’t have taken my complaint seriously. Definitely going to be more selective where I choose spend my money.

Their kitchen needs better cooks. Spanish rice no flavor. Pork sub, pork not tender. Potato salad needs improvement..consider the establishment should have real butter. Bread rolls.cheap flour ingredients. Sausage not good quality. Last time we attend bill millers.

felt sick! i get breakfast tacos here and notice sometimes the tortillas taste weird (more doughy) don’t know if they are handmade or made by machine but the tortillas are always a constant issue but this is the first time ive gotten sick

I have to Agree about going somewhere else after 6pm. Poor Customer Service and People skills.Food had a sour/spoiled taste. Called back and the young “Manager” in training wanted the food back! Returned the bad tasting food and was given a refund. She offered me a couple of lousy brownies and said the staff did some sample tasting and nothing was wrong with their food. So now I’m Telling Stories?!?! The whole time the actual Manager was standing in the back, Keep your brownies! What ever happened providing good food and good service?? Guess the Miller family puts profits over Customer Service.Will Stay Away.

So in the new recoup monies lost campaign that Bill millers has going on they are now only filling your mugs 1/2-3/4 of the way on refills. That is petty and pathetic. Bill Millers have lost a daily customer. Yes daily! They claim that it’s only 32oz per refill. If that isn’t enough, they will park you at this location because food is not ready. 2 tacos one napkin, you ask for salsa and they sometimes forget. Food isn’t all that great but I have always had great friendly experience at the 410 and Potranco location. This experience has really upset me and will no longer be coming back.
