I ordered this crap tonight. Called the store to get this addressed. After waiting for 10 minutes I hit connect to a less than helpful lady that said she would transfer me to the store. So I waited 10 additional minutes and nobody’s came on the line. Wasted money.

This is what they mean by one topping. We asked for half olives. As you can see there is almost nothing there. The service of you go in to pick up the pizza was horrible. I was ignored until I had to ask 3 times for someone in the back to attend to me. In the mean time I watched them attend to the drive through 4 times while I stood there in the lobby with the lights off. And the was at 12:10 in the afternoon.

So I placed my online order for the Pan Box deal with drink, I went through the drive-thru lane and paid, I arrived a little early because I wanted my food hot after a 3-hour drive from the Ozarks, and worst decision. 1st they forgot to give me my drink I ordered, so I had to go back around to retrieve that, then I got home only to find that my order was WRONG. So I got back in my car and went back to get my order corrected, they were so nonchalant about my order being wrong as if it was ok.
I ordered a pan pizza with regular sauce pepperoni and black olives and boneless wings with a Starry drink, but I got a pan pizza with some white sauce and black olives only. I looked at my receipt and it’s like they didn’t even look at the order properly or just didn’t care enough to.
Still not looking at the receipt I gave them for the correction, they asked me what I ordered. They remade my pizza and gave it to me with no apologies and now my wings are
not hot. Just bad on bad, it’ll be A LONG TIME BEFORE I RETURN TO PIZZA HUT.
NOT TO SELF AND OTHERS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.
I gave them a tip beforehand but I wish I hadn’t because no tip is deserved.

I submitted an order at 5:11PM and was told it would arrive by 5:56PM. The Pizza Hut is 5 minutes down the road, not far at all it was just easier for us to have it delivered tonight. 5:56 came and went, and it’s now 6:38PM and I’ve been on hold with the store for 15 minutes with not one person answering. Who knows when or if we’ll receive our food tonight.
UPDATE: food finally delivered at 8:20PM – after my daughter was asleep in bed and couldn’t eat it. Definitely do not order from this place, it should be shut down.

For starters, I’ve NEVER had a correct order from this location. Second, if you try to call the store they do not stay on the phone to resolve the problem, they either hang up or redirect you. Also the delivery is slow. I recommend choosing another location or a completely different pizza place.

I am a DoorDash driver and I went to this Pizza Hut and had two orders, I asked for a pizza bag from DoorDash and was told they are out funny thing is they have a whole box full of them on the other side of the counter.

The service was good, but the quality of the food was not up to normal standards. On one of the pizzas about 1/6 of the pizza was missing sauce & cheese. The pizza also ended up with large amounts of sauce right by the crust but no little cheese on it. The pizza also was cut so some pieces were huge and some were very small. It seems like it was done sloppily.
