Pintails was great! We started out with a sausage and cheese appetizer. The bread & butter pickles served with this taste homemade. They were delicious. He got a New York strip and I got the steak tips, both were perfectly cooked. We both got baked potatoes his original and I had a sweet potato. I loved how they put all potato toppings on the side. The atmosphere was community. There was a band playing, which made it truly feel like a night out and not simply dinner. It was great! We will definitely be back.

Awesome food, awesome service. Had the ribeye, was cooked to perfection. Great beer, Back 40. They deserve a five on customer service, great service! But 4 on availability. They were out of quite a few things. But don’t look down on that. They were slammed the two, three days prior to us getting there, so a four is not exactly fair. Atmosphere is a four only because there was karaoke, and those that were up and singing were pretty lit and honestly should never have been given the mic, lol. But it eventually became a severe distraction and hard to hear the rest of the party at the table. I’m sure this is not an every night thing we just happen to want to eat on Karaoke night, I guess. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going agian… just not on Karaoke night.

Fabulous food plated nicely. Ice cold beer and cocktails. Not a great beer selection. If you find one you can all agree on, ask for the beer tower to share. This place requires you to share tables with strangers, kind of cafeteria style. If that weirds you out, don’t go, because there is no private dining option. Also, very very loud environment, acoustically with concrete floors. Difficult to hold conversation with your dinner guests. Side note: this place is pricey. So pricey I consider it a splurge experience for us. Exceptional service from friendly staff makes it worth the drive to BFE.

We enjoyed our night here and the service was good. The food was also very tasty although my chicken was dry. It’s a difficult thing to coordinate cooking different meat items for a table of four and having them done at the same time. One ordered the coconut shrimp and they loved them, tasty and big. Another ordered the ribeye, medium rare and it was done perfectly, and the third ordered the pork, which also came out fine without being overcooked. The fried green beans were new to us and very good and the other sides during dinner were very well flavored. So overall it was great. Just the dang chicken… next time I’ll try something different… but there WILL be a next time!!!

Had prime rib, this past Friday. Was fantastic, creamy horse radish was just the way I like.
Ambiance and decor were very rustic and down home. Service was excellent and attentive in a busy atmosphere.
A very happy surprise. I am glad we found this place and is definitely on my return and recommendations list.
