Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We noticed a deal to get a $5 smoothie with a food purchase but didn’t see it til after we rang up. So when I asked about it, the manager Anthony gave my mom and I both free smoothies! The food was delicious and made fast.

Good service is hit and miss here. After several visits, it is hard to get a well made wrap and a well made smoothie at the same time. Seems like it’s either one or the other. Every time I pay with a card, I’m offered the option to tip but haven’t been given a reason to do so as of yet. Last time I paid with cash, the cashier dumped the coins on the ground and didn’t even bother apologize. So, to recap, I can be pestered for a tip by the card machine, or pay cash and lose money on the ground. And for my trouble I get a terrible smoothie or a disheveled wrap/soggy with sauce. No thanks.

The first time here, I felt like it was an experience. Everything was really good. I got a smoothie and a flatbread they were both extremely fresh. The Smoothie was very tropical, and the flatbread was just fresh and flavorful. The customer service was really good I know one of the young ladies was probably annoyed she did not show it she kept up doing everything without complaining so I’m very appreciative of her and the rest of the staff they were very nice and good at their jobs.

I visit this store at least once a week. I love their smoothies and bowls. Its usually a wonderful experience. Today however I had to ask to be waited on. I don’t know what’s going on with Tropical Smoothie stores. This is the 2nd time in the last couple of weeks that I’ve had this experience. If you can’t offer better customer service then maybe you shouldn’t work in the service industry. I realized this is just a “job” for most but service is important.
Owners of these locations need to be more present and or train their employees better.

We have only ordered Uber Eats from this location but have done so 8-10 times in the past 6 months. Food is predictably good and consistent. I usually order the Jerk Chicken wrap with extra chicken and no lettuce while my wife typically gets the breakfast wrap/burrito and a Smoothie. They also have a side of Jalapeno corn that I really like, and the option to get baked chips instead of deep fried.
My only beef with Tropical Smoothie is I always ask that my wrap not be cut in half but they almost always cut it down the middle anyway. I don’t like this because it makes the wrap much messier and fall apart more easily. Is it so difficult to pay attention to this detail and get it right so my wrap doesn’t fall all over everything? Still, it’s good and unique stuff and I recommend them for delivery night.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. The food was fantastic. However, the amount of time I was there was ridiculous. I was the only person in the drive thru and there looked to be 1 person inside. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before getting a response. I waited even longer at the window while my food was already made just sitting there until she finally had me pay and gave it to me. I am not certain but I think she was the only employee working. Nonetheless, it took way way too long with me being the only person there.
I went again today because, as I said, the food was delicious. I had the breakfast cali flatbread. The portion was great, it was made perfectly. So I ordered it again today. Today when I went ( a different employee) she acted as if working was the last place she wanted to be. She was so unfriendly. I could tell at the drive thru speaker before I even came to the window. Service was quicker. But I’m not the least bit surprised when I got to where I was going and took a bite of my food. It was missing half of the ingredients! I paid over $6 for a flat bread with hardly any egg and some chicken. I was, again, the only one there! Absolutely no excuse as to why it was messed up. The employee was already rude and then my food was half made.
This was my second time ever coming here and yesterday was my first. Springfield needs a place like this. Please don’t let it go to ruin. I am so disappointed and honestly, I don’t want to go back.
