This gem is tucked away if you are not familiar in the area. Its across from Davenport cleaners. We got there and it was clean and quiet. I can’t believe I didn’t ask our waitress for her name. She was so sweet and I loved her energy!! She was great at recommending food to try. I got the pozole with chicken. My mother got a flauta plate. And we took home a huarache (it was so fresh and crispy). It was so yummy and they brought our food out at a decent time! Also, you can grab a late gift for someone you love, her mother makes blankets/ponchos. (I’ll have to post that picture later) it’s for a good cause to help with her mother’s sickness.) Great food and amazing services. Come here for some good Authentic Mexican food!!

I work all over Iowa and love Mexican food! First time here and I can’t believe I was the only one there during lunch! People you need to eat here!! Amazing pozole! My server was amazing and she described all the specials not on the menu! 10 stars!!!! I’ll be back!!

Came in for lunch, place wasn’t busy. Which was nice. Menu is simple unlike the food. Food was absolutely delicious and very authentic. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. We had the chicken burrito and tacos. Very full.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The atmosphere, the “Hey lovely” greeting, and the food were better than I could’ve expected. For the quality of food we received and the authenticity I would have expected a $40 lunch. For two of us it was $22 and we were beyond full! I would recommend this place over and over!

Food was absolutely incredible, as seen in photo since we devoured it before we remembered to take a picture. We took a chance on this new place and were pleasantly surprised. Service was amazing as well! Best Mexican food I have had in Sioux City!

Great food! I had the chicken flautas and it was so delicious. The chips and salsa were really good, the salsa had a bit of heat to it. Tried a nibble of the carne asada and it was mouth-watering, and the chilis mixed in are actually hot!! They also made the tortillas by hand, I’ve never seen tortillas look so good before. The service was amazing as well, super friendly and ultra fast! Be sure to ask about their rotating specials!

The PIZZA omg the pizza is beyond delicious last time i got the white pie with ricotta and broccoli so good bread is so crispy and ingredients are so fresh and the horchata was amazing so flavorful and delicious definitely come for the pizza
