Very disorganized. I had to wait for 1 plus for a simple 2 orders. They should have a policy of free food over a certain amount of time. I watched people leave and asking when their orders will be ready. The food was not savory it needed better seasoning or cooking. Bad customer service. Don’t come here if you want nasty food and a waste of time.

The reality, I had high expectations considering the restaurant is my nationality. But inside it’s complete pandemonium. Took me 15 minutes to figure out you had to order at the front counter. Waited almost 2 hours for my food and when I ate it, I practically GAGGED. Tortillas were undercooked, fish was cold, rice was undercooked, I just paid and left. Service was slow and forgot stuff. Very disorganized. I threw up the minute I came back home. Next time, I’m just going to go to the Pollo Campero…
