We were just passing thru and getting gas and spotted this gem of a place! The service was as amazing as the food. The place was so clean. And the food omg best torta I’ve had in a while and it was only 13 bux. Definitely saving this place for next time I drive thru this town! Can’t wait to try their other dishes.

On our way to Quincy for an epic Mt Bike adventure, our plan was to stop at a little taco shop in Yuba City. However, we weren’t paying attention to the road and drove right past it.
So, plan B was to find another spot and I picked Torta Azteca based solely on the good Google reviews. Although it was empty when we arrived, and the music on the oversized speaker box was far too loud, i give this place five stars easy. The burrito was the best ever and the service was amazing. Truly a local gem that must be tried whenever you might be in this area.

This is hands down best place to get your tortas from. Just look at the pic on the size of the torta. That’s what you call a torta! I’ll guarantee you won’t be disappointed. But the tortas aren’t the only thing that are good there, the Enchiladas, their Carnitas, huaraches, I could go on., but better to taste and experience for yourselves. This would be a great recommendation for sure.

I’d give one star based on these tacos but i’ve had other food here that was much better. That last two times was terrible.. That will stop me from getting food here anytime soon. I got 5 carnitas tacos and they were soaked in oil. They didn’t look great to begin with. It wasn’t from the salsa, it was from oiling them when making them. Maybe they’re better if you’re standing in front of them..

My boyfriend and I have gone here multiple times now and the food never disappoints. Their tortas are SO GOOD and they are HUGE. You definitely get your moneys worth. Customer service is also great. The staff is super nice and friendly. This is now or go to spot anytime we are craving Mexican food. We also love that they have the Mexican Cokes available as well. Highly recommend this place.

First time trying this place. My husband got tacos of every meat , cheesy chorizo fries and a birria burrito. Every single meat was Very Good. Good flavor. The carnitas and cabeza where a little dry but the flavor was so good. Chorizo is always my favorite and that was very very good. I 100% recommend this place. Great pricing.

Best mexican food I’ve had in my life! This place is family owned and operated and has some of the most kind and attentive staff I’ve encountered. I’m vegetarian and there were lots of options for me, which isn’t always the case. Pricing is very fair and portions are really good for what you pay, could not recommend enough!
