This is a model Wendy’s. They deserve an award, the foods always fresh, they are never rude, anything ever messed up was replaced promptly with no hesitation or vanity. Also you can taste the freshness in the fries and you can taste the love in the flavor. I’ve at Wendy’s in at least 30 states and this is by far the best.

Ugh…burger was nasty, tomato was soggy and lettuce was soggy. Bacon was a sliver of 2 pices. Definitely should have chosen somewhere else to eat although the girl at the counter was very nice!

Very clean, really friendly service. The food here is really tasty. We didn’t go in just went through the drive thru cause it was pretty late. That’s a plus that the drive thru is open late, I had a chicken sandwich and my daughter had a wrap. Loved them!

When you pay for 2 full meals. You should get everything the order comes with. Not half the order. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Used an associate as a messenger. Check your bags before leaving the drive thru and going all the way back home. They won’t hold themselves accountable either. Will not be returning.

Might as well just shut the place down if thats how you’re going to run it. Had to go back twice just to get 3 orders of fries they left out and get home and the burgers weren’t even right. I see why these grown men are still working fast food cause they’d never make it at a real job with that lack of work ethic and responsibility.

I frequent Wendy’s, and for the last month iv enjoyed my visit more . solely based on a new employee by the name of Deborah. She has already memorized me and my wife’s name, as well as what we like to order. Goes above and beyond and brings us or food. And makes sure to checks on us through out our visit. It has always been a treat to visit Wendy’s, But now because of Deborah it is a pleasure.

We endured absolutely disgusting unprofessional behavior from the manager at Wendy’s in Webb City MO today. We bought quite a bit of food and The girl who took our money and the manager both were very snotty and unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know exactly how their workers are conducting themselves. We will not be back to this Wendy’s. The lettuce was also very wilted and disgusting

I’m pregnant and asked my mom and boyfriend to get me Wendy’s, not that it matters but they’re both legal residents of this country. My boyfriend was BORN in the US! And your staff was still racist and rude tonight for no reason. They need to learn customer service basics and how not to be outright racists because communication is hard for your employees. Not sure if a bad night or the speaker doesn’t work well on their end but this is unacceptable. Making someone repeat their order an obnoxious amount of times to then ask at the window and Ontop of that the order was wrong!! And the burger was over salted almost like they did it on purpose to make us not come back here. Shame on you Trevor and Joston!! Hope your parents and employer do better because that’s not okay on so many levels. I’ll be reaching out to corporate tomorrow with my receipt and names of the people involved. Thanks for a horrible experience when a pregnant woman just wanted some food!!! Worst Wendy’s in the four states.
