I frequently visit this location, in fact this is the only location I come to here in Dc to have Quickway. The staff are really nice, I never have problems with them, they are very accommodating, and the food is always great. The best part about coming here is, the staff have my order memorized and all I have to do is come in and pay for my food.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. My fiancé was not greeted when he came in, and while waiting, we had to deal with homeless individuals coming inside to harass patrons for food and then heckle them. The cashier was on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge my fiancé until the cooks got her attention. She rushed him through the order just to get back to her phone, and in the process, only rang up one meal instead of both, forcing him to reorder.
When the food finally came, the portions were noticeably smaller compared to other Quikway locations. To make matters worse, I discovered what appeared to be a piece of glove in my food — which raises serious concerns about sanitation and food safety.
Between the lack of professionalism, unsanitary practices, and unsafe environment, I cannot recommend this location. I will also be contacting the health department to report these issues.
Do not visit this Quikway.

Worst Service worst Food very dirty inside including the cook and registered guy am not sure this is Maryland because Food and health organization need to check this place out ASAP and I regret spending my money here I should have drive down first to check it out but I was thinking all quickway Hibashi is the same or close to the same . Ordered a spicy crab and shrimp roll and green dragon roll. The sushi rolls were delicious, the workers were very welcoming and the store was clean. 100% would go back.

When compared to many other Quickway locations, this restaurant is the absolute worst. I didn’t think that they could do much to mess up a simple chicken and rice plate but it was pretty awful. Do better because the community deserve better.

No, just don’t bother. Nobody is wearing hairnets. We have normalized letting these business sell us anything when it comes to food. I pray some new businesses come to this area that blow these careless businesses out the water. Soda area is dirty, condiments area tray haven’t been cleaned daily you can see old sauce splatter in the bottom of the tray.
Ward 8 deserves clean businesses that don’t normalize hair in the food. Every business on that row has had issues with hair in the food over the years and I’m not sure if people just aren’t getting online to complain but I’ll be the one to do it each time.

The chicken is never fresh. Every time I come in to order, I always see a mountain of chicken on the grill. Who knows how long it’s been sitting there. Very unpleasant sight. Also they have recently just started asking if you would like double chicken, if you say no, they will give you less than they have previously on a regular portion. Out of the three people handling food, MAYBE one of them has a gloves on.
