Just use the drive-through. Food was good and quick.
While trying to order inside using the touchscreen I had trouble finding one that worked. I tried 3 before finding one that worked.
Floor was sticky everywhere except the men’s restroom which was surprisingly clean.
While waiting on my food you could overhear the employees gossiping and using some very foul language.
Soda machine was out of Pepsi and lemonade.
Somehow my “made to order” taco was already soggy and the bottom fell out of it.
Crunch wrap was fresh and very good.
I’ll stick to the drive-through next time

I got in line at the drive through at 7:33 PM. Finally got my food at 8:11 PM. Bring a bag of patience because good grief! Ordered a side of guacamole and they filled the 2 OZ container maybe 1/2 way. Come on now….really? Sour cream was full.

First time here. Ordered a single crunch wrap supreme… added a few ingredients to it. Totaled over $8. Started eating it and realized I was eating only veggies… opened it up… and I was correct. Just a dash of meat.
Ordering was ridiculous. Screens only. But half the screens did not work at all.
Since there was no one to complain to… I threw the crunch wrap away and walked next door to slim chicken. What a fail.

Ordering here is like getting blind meals. You might get your order, or someone else’s. Tonight they called my order, then proceeded to give it out to the drive through. After remaking my order and a 45 minute wait I got this beast!!!

I don’t know what’s going on now, but their food doesn’t taste good. I’ve been there twice already hoping they’d improved, but no, I’ve had to throw away half my food twice. A friend told me he’d never go back to this Taco Bell in Williston because we found it really dirty once, and the food was badly prepared, so it was a terrible experience.

Here on Saturday afternoon waiting over 25 minutes on my order while the manager does nothing to help expedite the orders with several people standing around waiting. It was busy but not the busiest I’ve seen it. Atleast 8+ workers. 5 look clueless puttering around their work station. More worried about clocking out for a break. worst Taco Bell ever

I went to the store and sat in line for the drive thru for about 15 minutes. A couple of cars had pulled off or left until I got to second in line. The driver had gotten out to walk to the window to see why his order wasn’t being taken. He got back in his truck and pulled up to the window and I followed. After a couple seconds he pulled off with no food. I tried to order at the window but the employee told me they weren’t taking orders through the drive thru or in the lobby because “the manager on shift thinks the signs are tacky” and I would have to order on DoorDash to get food. When I went to order pickup it told me it would be 26 minutes but delivery was 32 minutes so I ordered delivery. It took over an hour for them to get my order ready for the dasher. Their menu doesn’t have cheesy Gordita crunch or chicken quesadilla. What?!?! 5 of the 7 items in the order were wrong. The only things correct were chips and cheese and Cinnabons. Everything else was wrong. They put sour cream on things that said no sour cream, added spicy ranch on things that said no spicy ranch.

It’s Taco Bell, cheapish.. not really. They used to taste a lot better. Lobby is kinda depressing, drive through sucks! They mess up your order and the overall quality doesn’t really exist anymore. You’re better off going to a real restaurant or roadside food stall, it’ll taste better you’ll get more to eat and cost about the same. For instance that Aztecas orange trailer in town is amazing!

Never felt so ripped off when i ordered the 2 chicken chalupas. I thought they forgot to give me my second one. I opened the wrapper and both of them were in there. The picture of was huge and they totally mislead you. They are SO SMALL a child would complain. And they cost $5.99. COMPLETE RIPOFF AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Shame on Taco Bell!!

Everytime I order Nacho Cheese its always like 1/4 filled. Why?
Have gone home without hot sauce multiple times because I took their word for it.
