Order at night since I work late, ordered got confirmation email at 11:30 Saturday Night. At 11:59 I received a cancellation email from the store saying they were unable to fulfill the order, which was 3 pies, one pepperomi, one pineapple, one bacon/beef. I tried calling store at 12:00 am and got a sorry we’re closed message. Very good timing. 12 am on a Saturday night is early for a papa John chain store as it is, but to cancel starting at 11:30, I don’t see a future for this business if this persists.

Pizza is OK from time to time, but the floors and the walls are so disgusting. It is not that hard to take a broom and sweep it and take wall cleaner and bleach and clean the walls. There are also tons of ants everywhere. That makes me wonder what is in the back where the kitchen is. Please call an exterminator. I am very disappointed of this atmosphere.

If I could give zero starts I would. I clicked on my phone stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and an 8 piece wing and it was put through and delivered as an XL pepperoni NY style pizza. Which was not even properly delivered to my house and was left outside on my front porch in thirty degree weather. I called the store to express my concern as I’ve ordered from here many times without an issue. The employee I spoke with and tried to express my concerns to see if there was anything I could do considering I spent 36 dollars on the wrong pizza which is currently in promo for 12.99…… he was so rude and told me none of it’s his problem and how is it his problem and to contact IT. Newsflash it’s your problem as I just ordered from YOUR store location and was trying to find a resolution to feed my family tonight what I ordered. I disconnect the call as he’s aggravating me more and not willing to make any of it right. My daughter takes a slice of pizza and there’s a huge black hair. Save your money and your frustration not only was the food disgusting and contaminated but the employees are just as disgusting

We were visiting Wind Creek casino. We received a gift card from a co-worker. It was our first time at Papa Johns. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and some wings. We were unaware the place is for take out or delivery. We asked if we could use the only table and 2 chairs instead of eating in the car. They cleaned the table and got us some plates and napkins. The pizza was great and the wings exceeded our expectations. We went back a second time a few weeks later and had the Cheesesticks and the cinnamon bites. Both were excellent. The two young men were very courteous and friendly. Kudos to the both of them.

My whole family loves the pizza from this papa johns store. We order la least once per week. The pizza and other products are always hot and ready for pick up on time. It is very convenient to order online. I got rewards very often. The price are good. Very convenient for busy working parents who have kids love pizza. Thank you the friendly gentlemen who always brings my pizza to me with a smile!
