I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce combination platter, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon opening the container, I noticed that the rice appeared stale, and the peas looked like they had been frozen and thawed multiple times. The rice itself was incredibly bland and had an off, aged taste, as if it had been cooked days ago.
I had high hopes for the chicken and garlic sauce, but they were just as disappointing. The chicken pieces were large and lacked flavor, and the garlic sauce was completely devoid of any taste. I tried to enhance the sauce with additional ingredients, but it only made the dish worse.
Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my meal and would never consider dining at this restaurant again. The combination platter was also quite expensive for the quality of the food.

I ordered shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce I asked to substitute the rice for lo main noodles, for 15$ this was a complete scam 3 shrimp nd the broccoli is damn near frozen.. if I could rate 0 stars ⭐️ I definitely would.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My experience was cold. The young lady that took our order did not speak. She just stared at us. We spoke. I spoke again and she just looked at us so when she repeated our order I just looked at her. The rice pork fried rice was presentation look good. Looking moist but it was dry. Very dry so that was a little disappointing

While I have ordered many times from theis restaurant the food this time was horrible. The lo mein was mushy and tasted highly of garlic. To put it mildly you could not eat it. The boneless spare ribs were tough you could barely eat it. The only saving grace was the fried shrimp that was good. However, the shrimp lo mein was horrible.
This could be a one time thing that the food was this bad as I said I have ordered their food many times and it was delicious.

No longer will I drive out my way to this place. Horrible.. been coming here for over 3 yrs. Use to be the best place in the area. Never did I ask for my food to be over Cooked. The food is no longer amazing. It’s TRASH!! Where are the old owners?

Ordered takeout about a week ago, expectations were low as I haven’t had much luck with similar places on either side of the river. Indiscriminate google search for “Chinese food near me”, called in the order on my way home from work, stuck to the basics; wonton soup, egg rolls, fried dumplings, and mushu pork. Proceeded to the location from which I had blindly ordered and, recognizing the store front upon arrival, resigned myself to another late night lack luster dinner on the couch.
Wrong! Soup wontons (generous count), egg rolls, and dumplings look/taste hand made and were freaking delicious, bawler soft fried egg on the mushu, and both entree and dipping sauces were flavorful without being over salted. Everything was as order, hot, cooked perfectly, and ready in the given time. Zero hesitation in this recommendation and many predicted returns. Thanks Royal Chef for an extremely pleasant surprise, GREAT FOOD!

I used to really like ordering from this place until I realized how nasty they are. Because one time they sent me the wrong rice I had ordered shrimp fried rice and they sent pork fried rice so I called back and asked them to send me my shrimp fried rice what I payed for so they really where so diqusting to make an exstange of the pork fried rice that was inside my house my atmosphere my germs for the shrimp fried rice they where suppose to send. And I had ate a little of it and they still made me give them that rice for the rice they owed me that is outrageous. I wonder if they really put that back into the pot or if they were just messing with me either way it’s disgusting. Please take this reminder before ordering from here.

Really great Chinese restaurant. Family owned and operated. They’re really a staple in the neighborhood. I will say that if you order after the dinner rush the quality of the food does pretty drastically decrease. Sometimes I feel like I’m getting left over dinner rush food that’s been reheated or refried. That is probably the only complaint I have. Otherwise if you order prior to that for lunch or dinner the food is excellent!

For the amount of money you spend on your order, you would expect it to be accurate and good. I spent $70. The chicken lo-mien had no flavor and half of my dumplings didn’t have filling in them.. I won’t be recommending them to anyone.
