10/31: Our pizza took an hour to even get because this location was so busy. That’s not the issue. My issue is is offering another customer in front of me, which I’ve waited an hour for our food, to go ahead and offer her a free drink but not for myself. Terrible customer service. Make it fair for all customers being promised their food having to wait longer because of other orders…

If your looking for pizza this is not the place to order it from, it was way over cooked so dry that it made 29 palms look refreshing. It wasn’t even cut into slices. By far the worst Papa John’s experience i have ever had we tried to eat it but it wasn’t even worth it. The one star that was given was for their wings brownies which were the only things that were edible.
If you want my advise go somewhere else where they are going to take pride in the product that they are serving to the customer, and won’t cost an arm and a leg.

Pizza’s must have shifted in delivery and all the toppings ended up on one side. I called Papa John’s and they brought new pizzas, no questions asked! Excellent customer service. Thank you for taking care of customers, Papa John’s!

Wonderful! I placed the order online, and it was to my hotel door in like 20 minutes. And it is delicious! Unlike other locations, they baked my pizza well-done without baking the cheese sticks well-done. A+

papa John’s? More like Papa GONE! 🙁
I don’t know where to start. Ordering from Papa John’s was an absolute disaster of epic proportions. We ordered an XL pizza and a large pizza, custom toppings and all, expecting a feast. What did we get? A sad excuse for pizza that left us hungry AND furious. The XL was barely the size of a large, and the large? It looked like something you’d serve to a toddler at a tea party. If that’s what they call “pizza,” I’m scared to see what their personal size looks like—probably just a single pepperoni on a cracker!
And don’t get me started on the price. For what they charge, I expected a mountain of cheesy perfection. Instead, we got tiny, overpriced cardboard circles that wouldn’t feed a family of ants.
But wait, it gets worse! The delivery driver “conveniently” forgot the 2-liter sodas we ordered. No big deal, right? We figured we’d just call the store and sort it out. Well, think again. Even though their hours clearly said they were open until midnight, they shut down at 9:45 PM! Phones were dead, online ordering was off, and the store may as well have vanished into the void. Talk about convenience—for them!
This place is an absolute joke. They don’t just serve pizza—they serve regret. If you’re looking for overpriced disappointment and a side of frustration, this is your place. Otherwise, save your money and your sanity. Never again!

$76 for two large pizzas??!! Are you kidding me?? For inconsistent, subpar pizza? Papa, can you hear me?! We ordered on the phone and I don’t know what happen to letting the customer know the price before coming to pick it up. You’re lucky it was my husband picking up the pizza. I would have spun on my heel and went somewhere else. Bye forever.

The pizza is very inconsistent depending on the cook or the manager who made the food. If the person sauced the cheese evenly and took the time and effort to spread the toppings, cheese and sauce, the pizza will taste amazing. If that is not the case, the pizza will be under cooked in places with excess sauce, over cooked in places with light cheese and sauce, and it will taste weird and different in areas with too many or too little toppings. I can’t really really complain because everyone who makes your pizza is very underpaid earning like 7 dollars an hour take home after taxes. Very often they have less than two minutes per pizza. And if their patience and principles are not made of steel, they will just toss the stuff onto the pizza and send it into the oven. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately pizza chains don’t really pay that much to their employees. I understand why and how my pizza tastes so bad half of the time, and i sympathize with the business and the employees, but at the end of the day, paying 20-30 dollars for a pizza that tastes bad, is not a good deal. 2 stars. I wish pizza chains would raise the pay for cooks or at least fire the low quality workers.

The Pizza tastes fine and all.. but let’s talk about the customer service. They take an eternity to complete an order, even for carry out. Many times now I’ve walked in to get my pizza and seen 6-8 employees not doing anything just hanging out in the back, noticing customers ready to order and not going to wait on them. On top of that, the prices are absurd. $21 for a medium 1 topping pizza? I can get a large from little cereals for $5. Or have a large dominos delivered to my door for the same price. What a joke. Pathetic

Great place! Last time, they forgot to add another topping to my pizza and the manager gave me a refund and another pizza for free. She was very nice and professional, no attitude. I was not expecting to get a refund, because all I needed was my other topping.
Thank you so much for that outstanding customer service!
