The best pizza in Peoria! Chris is a Pizza Artisan! The Roman crust was great and the ingredients were unique in comparison to a “traditional” pizza. The Bianca was our favorite but they were all very good. I can’t wait to try the Neapolitan crust when available!

Peoria finally has world class pizza! I had seen these guys on Facebook for a couple of weeks and was finally able to go to one of their pop ups and wow, absolutely blown away. Chris and Jordan are super friendly and their pies are easily the best in town. 48-hour ferment on the dough is perfect, crust and all sauces and toppings were perfectly dialed in. If you love good pizza get out and support these guys! Really looking forward to watching them grow. Photo is the white pizza with sausage and hot honey, sooo good.

When I went to pick up my pizza(s) I met the owner Chris, he was very friendly & polite and told me about how he makes all of his fresh dough & about the woodfired grill, etc.
I ended up getting the Diavola & Margarita pizza(s) that he offers and they were both delicious!!
The Diavola had a bit of a kick to it spice wise due to the cherry peppers, but not overpowering and still with great flavor. And the Hot-Honey that was added to it definitely gave for a nice added flavor.
10/10 I would recommend and I will definitely be back to grab more.

The pizza is not your average pizza – it is chef quality fit for real food enthusiasts. The flavor of the toppings and the quality of the crust is next level. You don’t often find this kind of quality, especially in the midwest. Excellent experience!

Great pizzas! We had the Margherita and the Carne. The crust has the exact right amount of chew and structure, and the cook is spot on with nice amounts of char on the edges, with no overly burnt spots and also no soupy center. The Buffalo mozzarella on the Marg is beautifully milky, and the blend on the Carne melts nicely without becoming stringy. The n’duja on the Carne is really nicely funky, and the pomodoro sauce on both pizzas is perfectly seasoned and brings everything in balance! I’ll be back!

INCREDIBLE. Chris and Jordan came to help us celebrate our anniversary party and provided everyone with amazing pies. Everyone can’t stop talking about them. They really care about their customers, their food and ingredients.
