Might have to move back to Gainesville because this is some of the best food I’ve had here. We tried the chicken, steak, and shrimp skewers, all phenomenal. My favorite was the steak by a small margin. The kushi rice and cucumbers were incredible, must have sides. The staff helped us decide what to get and couldn’t have been nicer. All in all a lovely experience I will be doing again!

The food was super flavorful, great drink selection, and the service was efficient & friendly. I really like that the skewers come out as they are done rather than waiting for everything to be done at one time and then brought to your table. The food was super tasty! We had the steak and chicken, which were phenomenal but you will miss out if you don’t order the cucumbers and house pickles! Highly recommended.

This place is a MUST try. The chef and owner Charlie truly cares about his guest and the food. Not only are the skewers, rice, and cucumber salad very inexpensive (less than $7 each) they are PACKED FULL of flavor. The quality of the food for the price is truly something I haven’t experienced in Gainesville after living here for over 6 years. It’s also a great snack if you’re looking to walk about downtown and go to markets, concerts, etc. Can’t rave about this place enough!
