Just left this location and could not believe what I paid for . A regular fry is $6.30 and if you’ve been to five guys you know you get a bang for your buck with the fries . I got approximately 15 fries for $6.30 . Get real . I will NOT be returning until they change their fry delivery back to the way it was . And to the cashiers that thought it was okay to serve this for the amount paid is idiotic .

First time eating at 5 Guys. Walking into the restaurant, they greet you right away. That was a plus. I told the guy it was my first time he explained the menu to me, that was really nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. Loved the peanut box at the entrance. Took the food to go. When I got home and opened the bag, it was FULL of extra fries. I ordered my burger 1 patty wrapped in lettuce no bun so I can try. As soon I bite into it, I can taste the WELL SEASONED patty. DELICIOUS. Fries are great also, but I couldn’t finish them. Had a leftover bowl. It was a special occasion, so I didn’t mind spending almost $30 for 2 burgers and one order of fries. That would be something I would only do on special occasions. Holly expensive. lol. Overall, the food was great, and the staff was awesome.

Ordered and payed for a hot dog. After the Transaction was completed i was advised they do not have hot dog rolls. I was not given the option to get a refund or choose another menu item, I had to take it on a hamburger roll or they can “just put it into a bowl”. Customer service attitude way below standards for the amount of money they charge. This is a one and done for me. I will not be back to that location.

Paid for our food and was then informed that they were out of hot dog buns. Got a large fries that they just dumped in the bag on top of our other items. Burger was decent but the experience took away from it. Also very expensive for what you get. This was a one and done!

I just found out that this restaurant opened back in March 2024. I had a great experience here. Clean lobby, burgers made fresh, and service was friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, (five) guys!

COLD FOOD. Worst Five Guys I ever visited. Jan 12, 2026 at 7:30 pm. Burgers ok, just barely warm, slab of cold unmelted cheese on both burgers. Fries were just barely warm. Why when you have only 3 tables and no wait. Won’t be back to this Five Guys. COLD FOOD doesn’t work for us!!! CONTACTED CORPERATE at their request. Spent $31.76 and they want to just REPLACE the FRIES!!

I went to Five Guys on 10/11/25 after late night shopping with my husband. Every worker that night was good! But what stood out to me was these two girls working, one of them took the time to explain the whole menu to me because it was my first time. The other girl which seemed to be the manager was very verbal while making the orders and was very attentive to everyone who seemed to be waiting on their order. 10/10 would come back for a second time!!

We dined in on a Sunday around noon. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The cooking staff were very busy. The employee calling the order number and handing customers their order seemed less than happy. We had to wipe down our table before sitting, adding to the crumbs already on the floor.

Welcome to Cumberland country! Opening day was great! They were super busy but they were pumping out orders. I barely waited! The food was super fresh, well done burger (no pink) and the fries were the best I’ve had from any five guys!
It was super clean as well. They were cleaning the tables quite often. And the girls at the register were super nice!
If this place keeps this is quality it’s going to become a staple of the county!

Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are juicy, customizable, and packed with flavor. Fries are crispy perfection, and the portions are huge. Staff is always friendly and the vibe is fun. Totally worth every penny—especially the milkshakes!!
