This is hands down my FAVORITE location! Good food, good service! They don’t give me a problem because I prefer my food a certain way, they just deliver. I dread having to go to a different location! Yesterday I had the best smoothie I’ve ever had from TSC, I wish I had asked who made it.

I normally love this place—it’s way better than the one on Groesbeck. But your staff today didn’t blend the smoothie nearly enough, resulting in infinite little fruit chunks that are impossible to drink through your narrow straws. This is the only time this has ever happened. Every other time this place has been stellar.

Julian was awesome and worked it all out my sister order the wrong one the order manager was giving me a very hard time Savannah is the person who was ringing me up she was awesome as well thanks for stop my wonderful experience from being a bad one keep up the great work Julian. Awesome sauce Savannah she step aside not to disregard the other manager while help can the other manager try to talk over me as I explain what happened but Julian was fast and very professional! I will back thank you

Smoothies aren’t blended well and the consistency is always like a soup with clumps of protein, fruit, veggies, and ice in which you can’t sip through the straw. Taste is terrible !

Ordered delivery from the tropical smoothie app. Didn’t receive straws for my smoothies. Called and the manager, Julie or Julia couldnt tell her name from the ridiculous cali drag in her voice, was trying to be smart with me saying “What do you want me to do..drive the straws to you” sarcastically. Blaming the driver for not grabbing straws. I’m sorry I didn’t know it was the subcontracted drivers responsibility to prepare the order…Then she hang up on me. I did receive a refund for my order, never was given the option to resend my order for the inconvenience, and it was done in the most unprofessional way imaginable.

Very clean and bright inside. Excellent customer service, very courteous and attentive. Greeted us as we walked in, which I love. Drinks were amazing, Watermelon Mojito and Island Punch, and the food was amazing as well, super green caesar and the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap. Did a carry out, everything was made quickly. In and out in less than 15 minutes.
