Full Bloom Coffee Roasters sits on a quiet corner in Garner and has the kind of relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a while. There’s plenty of seating, and the menu offers a lot more than just coffee — with options ranging from craft coffee to beer and wine.
I ordered a cortado, which was exactly the late-afternoon pick-me-up I needed. I had to take it to go (never the ideal way to enjoy a cortado), but it was still well prepared and nicely balanced.
I also tried one of their seasonal drinks, the Bee Stings Latte — an iced latte with honey, ginger, turmeric, and a little cayenne kick. It was a really unique combination and surprisingly refreshing. The spice and honey gave it a comforting, almost restorative feel — the kind of drink that would be perfect if you’re feeling a little under the weather or dealing with sore joints.
My wife ordered the Raspberry Beret, an iced matcha with raspberry purée and white chocolate. Her verdict: the best matcha she’s ever had.
Between the creative drinks, solid coffee, and laid-back atmosphere, Full Bloom is a great spot in Garner whether you’re settling in for a while or just grabbing something on the go.

I love coming here, it’s such a nice local find. The menu is super diverse and the food is phenomenal. I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant and an Iced chia latte with vanilla. The atmosphere is amazing if you want to come get some work done or even catch up with an old friend. I will definitely keep coming here and trying all there cool seasonal drinks.

I arrived here 12:45pm on a Saturday afternoon after going on a walk with my friends.
You order at the counter. You’ll wait for your beverage but they will bring your food to you. For food, I got the Maple griddle which was very tasty. We were all wanting mimosas but they ran out of juice for mimosa so they were just giving champagne instead. My only complaint that I watched all my friends get theirs in beer glasses but mine came in a small container -__- I assume this may be the regular mimosa glass but I disliked the consistency and equality.
They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat upstairs, which was a decent sized area with great lighting and local art. Overall, it’s a nice establishment in downtown Garner.

Very charming café with plenty of character! The ambiance is warm and inviting, featuring rustic touches and eclectic decor. The baristas are friendly and kind, and the lattes are always beautifully crafted. I especially love their blossom lattes and the fact that they serve them in ceramic cups for dine-in customers. It’s one of my favorite spots to sip coffee and get work done.

I’m so glad I found this place. I recently started working in the area and the beautiful mural on the building caught my eye. When I saw they sold fresh-roasted beans, I had to stop in.
I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer plenty of food options. I’ve already been back several times in just a few weeks because everything has been so good. The lattes are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly. And the beans were great in my home espresso set up as well!
There’s an upstairs area with plenty of seating that’s perfect for catching up with a friend, or doing a bit of work from your laptop. They even have a few beer options, which I didn’t expect. It really feels like a true “third place”, great coffee, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I’m so glad I found this hidden gem in Garner! The people were incredibly friendly, the coffee was amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting. Very clean bathroom. Plenty of seating on the upstairs floor. Loved the ambience. Highly recommend the bee sting latte. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t a bigger selection of baked goods, but I will definitely be back!

Came here for the first time because my wife had mentioned this place a couple of times. Everything was great, the coffee, the food. They have a lower section that you order from and puck up your items, but theres also an upstairs area with some good seating based off of the size of the establishment, while also having outdoor picnic tables for any outdoors seating. They also sell some local art upstairs! I had the salted maple latte with the spicy chicken panini (I was honestly blown away at how good the panini was). My wife had the same coffee but had the syrup-infused sausage and cheddar cheese english muffin (basically mcdonalds version of their mcgriddle but better). Yall need to come check this out, plus its supporting small businesses!! 10/10 so happy

The atmosphere and overall vibe of this cafe is so welcoming! From the mural on the outside, artwork on the inside with the hardwood floors to the comfortable seating throughout this cafe is everything you could want in a cafe. We enjoyed a Lavender Blossom latte and a Bee Sting latte. They were delicious.

Love coming here for coffee and lattes. The quality of the drinks is always good, easily some of the best coffee in the triangle. They also have a small food selection which is nice for a light lunch/breakfast. The atmosphere and service is also wonderful. I would recommend Full Bloom to anyone!
