How hard is it to read a screen? Why do you ALWAYS get my order wrong?! Why do I have to pay for stuff that I end up not receiving? I try to avoid going to this location at all costs but because the deli was down at the one I usually go to I had to come here since it’s close to my job. Managers better start managing their employees better. They talk more than the work!!

just moved to the area recently, by far the worst wawa i’ve ever ordered from. literally haven’t had my order right once since coming here or ordering from here. always missing stuff i pay for. how does a place forget ham in a ham club more than once? its kind of a bummer there doesn’t seem to be a standard at this location.

Sharon should retire- she’s always so miserable. I had a special order and asked for cream cheese and my panini to be steamed with the spinach. She gave me the huff and puff and expressed and absurd amount of attitude as if what I was asking her to do was the biggest inconvenience. My Panini was had smeared cream cheese all over it. I get the sandwich all the time at Wawa and different ones too and I have never experienced this.. this type of rudeness and disrespect. Seriously, if you really hate your job that much just change it. Your hate is written all over your face and you work in customer service it doesn’t make any sense. This is in my humble opinion. Be careful when ordering here, I have had several occasions where I order drinks and I add in extra options that are available on the touch screen for an additional charge and then I don’t get the extras that I ordered and paid for. This is happened several times here, it just happened with the mango popping bubbles. I clicked the button to add extra bubbles for $1.00 extra, when the guy making the drink called my number it didn’t look like he put in the extra, so I asked and he admitted that he didn’t. And then went and added a few extra but not the two extra spoons I was supposed to have because the cup was already too full. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t pay for the extra. You can see in the picture where it clearly shows that I got the additional bubbles. It happens here all the time with all of the extra add ons. It doesn’t seem to happen at the other wawas

Let me just start by saying I love most Wawa’s and never had a bad experience and I’m not one to leave a negative review just for nothing but I felt compelled to tell what happened…….i just left Wawa about an hour ago any bought quite I few things……it was to much to carry so I asked to buy a bag……unfortunately they were out of the normal red bags that they usually have but in the back of the counter I can see the paper bags I asked if I could have one of them……the young boy behind the counter (who you could tell was new) said they were only for door dash……I already new the were for door dash but under the circumstances of being out of red bags I didn’t think this would be an issue…..being he was new I asked if he could ask the manager I thought for sure this wouldn’t be an issue……but to my surprise the manager said no I was dumbfounded…..no joke I probably spend $30 or more a day at Wawa…..in disbelief I just shook my head finally a girl that worked there with some common sense said I’ll get you a bag……I didn’t want her to get in any trouble but she insisted……as I said before I love Wawa and will still go to them just not the one in westvill. I guess I must of showed up at the wrong time. Store barely had any customers and the worker’s looked so miserable. Lady at the coffee section seemed like she hated her job, I tried asking her a question and got ignored. Then I heard her mumbling to a co worker what I wanted? Terrible service feel bad for the actual people that does work.
