Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this Subway location, and I feel I should say I normally never have an issue and the food is always great. However tonight after a long day I stopped to get dinner, there was no one in the store except me (thinking great it will be quick) but no they started a 5 sub online order and had me just standing there waiting for 10 minutes. I could understand if they were busy and had to get these out but no one was there but me and there was 3 people working on these subs, 2 of them could have kept working and 1 could have worked on my 1 sub. I was so irritated being put on the back burner like that when I was a customer standing there to get food and was put off to do a huge online order…that should not have happened, every job I’ve ever had you put the customer in front of you first. Like I said normally no issues here but I am beyond upset by how this was handled and feel it should be addressed for future customers.

Frustrated that everytime I come here at dinner time- they are completely out of soup or down to their last bowl and refuse to make more. At 6pm – you’d expect people to want soup with their dinner and you’d think they’d plan ahead by making more. Nope – they refuse. And stand there and stare at you when you ask- no apologies, nothing… Poor planning, poor management. I was glad to see Jimmy John’s come to town to give them some competition. Came in at 6pm and we are the only ones here- it used to be much busier before JJ came. You’d think they would up their game to do better against the competition- instead- they do even less and almost look like they’re shutting down for the night… at prime dinner time- with 3 hours to go before closing…
I’d be thrilled if JJ started offering soup.

Huge thank you to Amber in St. Johns. I placed an online pick-up order and then hurt my foot before I was able to pick it up. She came out in the cold rain to bring it to me in my car, since it couldn’t be refunded. Thank you, Amber, you’re a sweetheart!

Terrible quality, service and a very depressing atmosphere. Asked for extra cheese (charged for) and received two fingers worth of a sprinkle of cheese. Terrible, not worth the money.

I really hope they don’t roll their eyes at every customer, especially if you’re just trying to get some decent food after a long day, and have no intent of making the workers mad or frustrated. Life is short, just spread happiness and love and it will come back to you. I was disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. I also work in the food department, and it’s not that hard to just smile and be nice. We all have our days, I get that, but it seems like the girls working there are always having a day. Maybe something needs to change higher up in the chain of command? More morale boosting? Incentive? I hope the best for everyone. The food is decent, I mean you can’t go wrong with Subway. (In my opinion)

I was in on Sunday and I’ve truly never met a staff so apathetic, listless, and overall just depressed. All of them seemed so unhappy to be at work. Makes a customer question the quality of the work environment. The food was decent.

They always give my girlfriend a hassle about pickles. She likes them as if they were the “meat” of the sandwich. They tell her they “can’t put that many on” even though we’re fine with paying extra. One lady said “she couldn’t fold it”. Literally the ONLY subway we’ve EVER had an issue w/this. I assume it is mostly because that blonde lady (whom I assume is an owner) is always lurking about.

They also got rid of the sweet onion and combined it w/another sauce. Not nearly as good and wrecked the one thing I liked to order. I do realize this is not their fault though.

I will never be back there. They were rude to my mother and I saying we couldn’t add anything since I had paid already and they couldn’t just do a new order for one thing for us. Only reason we didn’t just cancel the hole thing was in a diabetic and needed food asap other wise we would have cancelled our order

We were driving home and stopped for Big Boy which was closed and instead tried this Subway location. The staff was very nice and subs were fresh and perfect! If ever in the area again will stop by.
