Came here on a Saturday at 3:50am and picked up an order. The blonde kid who was working the night shift was very friendly and nice, hopefully management gives all the hour he wants. The food was still hot and fresh. Kiddos to the kid and his partner

Don’t go here. Honestly most JIB are not great but this one is really gone down hill in the last 5 years I’ve lived in this area. Tonight I ordered a large fry that was literally the size of a small and one of my tacos has no meat. On top of that the food was gross and the ranch was so warm it was watery. Such a waste of my money!!

I was the only car at the drive-through at 7:10pm and nobody in the restaurant. They asked me to pull up to the window and pay which I did and then they told me to go park in the parking lot so they can bring the food out to me. Why did they have me go and park somewhere when there’s nobody in line and nobody in the restaurant? I sat there and watched the workers laugh, dance, talk & mess around for over 17 minutes. They are definitely abusing this whole go and park and we will bring it out to you situation. There are lots of workers in there (5) & they still can’t get these orders ready in a timely manner.

Beside the food always tasting good, the munchie meal is one heck of a deal, i got a full size spicy chicken sandwich, 2 side i choose the 2 tacos and curly fries and a drink for 12 dollars… what a great deal, and besides that i happen to drop my drivers license in that restaurant and the assistant manager Christi went as far as to find me and message me that i dropped it there and held it till i got back…i wanna say thank you to Christi and the Jack in the box team at this location…you guys rule

Don’t want to be a “Karen” here, but I just got through the drive thru and got home. Is this normal how much people get in these? There’s barely any in there 🙁
I’ve gotten these from other places but never such a tiny portion… the employee that handed me the food was nice, but I dont think she handed me a receipt.
Edit: OH just opened the French sticks… I didnt get syrup…

I waited in the lobby for about 30 min for 8 tacos no sauce really the least u can do is be like hey I threw in a couple more for the wait but then they gave me my tacos and with saucei want my money back

This Jack in the box sucks. Food is always cold like it’s been sitting there for hours but yet you have to park and wait for it as if they are making it fresh. Not only is it cold but they only put a pin size drop of mayo and ketchup on their already dried out cold burger. Been there twice and it’s been the same outcome. Thumbs up to the owner.

This bowl reminded me, why I stopped coming to jack in the crack.. the meals are not worth the price, $8+ for a bowl that barely has anything. And lets not mention the lettuce tacos. Smh I rather pay $1 more and go to panda 2 entrees one a side. Disappointed prices . #cantdobusinessanymore
