Everytime I come here and order the girls seems to be bothered about doing there job. No customer service of any kind, just an attitude that they wish they weren’t at work. Donuts are good but not the best presentation. Not to mention the wait time but it takes them about 30 mins for an egg sandwich and in top of that cold. Seemed like some donuts have fingers prints were all over them and didn’t look appetizing. Hospitality comes a long way, do better at hiring

I usually enjoy visiting Dunkin’, but today’s experience was disappointing. Even though the store wasn’t busy, I ended up waiting about three minutes in line without acknowledgment. During that time, I noticed two customers receive their coffees for free while I was still waiting to be helped.
I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but when the store is slow, a little attentiveness goes a long way. I hope this location can work on consistency and customer care, because I genuinely like Dunkin’ and would love to keep coming back.

The ladies here were so nice took care of my order quickly and accurately. My cashier was a lady with the beautiful Halloween themed nails she had great customer service and it just flowed perfectly throughout the team ❤️ thank you ladies❤️ I’m so glad there’s a Dunkin’ nearby now❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I deliver to big spring from Lubbock, I know they just opened, but I was trying to grab a Sausage, egg and cheese, croissant and doughnut. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just for that and when I got the croissant The egg and sausage were cold. I didn’t wanna go back in and tell them because it was probably gonna be another 20 minutes, but yeah they need to get their stuff together.

I must have had different employees help me today because they were perfect. Desti helped me with my request – which wasn’t easy because I don’t go to Dunkin often and don’t remember what specific drink I’ve gotten in the past. After I explained what I wanted, she confirmed what I had in mind. Danny came out of the kitchen to help her (great team work, by the way) and put in his 2 cents.
Bottom line, both employees cared enough about my satisfaction to make me the perfect drink. If that’s not a great example of what customer service should be, I don’t know what is!
