Great job on the SpongeBob combo! Hmm thinking back I remember it being said the Krabby Patty has no meat, so maybe I’ll try a beyond burger version to be true to the lore next time . Delicious!

I visited here on a Friday afternoon during lunchtime.
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large Coca-cola for “Dine-In” When the food came it was in a “to go” bag. They were not out of trays because the order behind me was served on a tray. I think the manager just wanted the order out.
They only had one line cook making the burgers while the manager and the assistant manager was operating the drinks and the fries. Now the drinks I understand but why wasn’t the manager or the assistant manager helping out with the burgers?
Rather than take the burger tray from the broiler to the prep station, the line cook grabbed a patty from the broiler across to the prep station letting the burger grease drip on the floor.
I know that this is not a Michelin Star restaurant but they have employees who are not so sharp running this location.
Sad because they rebuilt this location from the ground up recently too. The dining room was nice though and the food was okay. Just wish for faster service especially during a lunchtime rush.

Since they reopened they been spot on with our orders. We still check tho. Also been very polite when ordering and receiving our order . And the food is hot .

Worst BK around since they reopened. They constantly screw up orders and make items improperly. Burgers served with stale buns and cold. Melts served on bread that isn’t toasted. Missing items on orders. Slow service. Employees don’t care about their job and apparently neither does management because it has been an ongoing issue. Never have these problems at the Ridge Road location, will be going there from now on.

Ugh, worst experience ever! The customer service was terrible! The person taking our order was also doing the drive-thru, and it totally messed me up, so my order was all wrong.
I got two kids’ meals, and when I asked if we could get a different toy since we already had the one they gave us (Fred), she wouldn’t even check, even though there was no one else there. Absolutely never coming back!

I don’t know whats going on over there, but I will never be back. I’ve been a loyal customer since I worked there 20 plus years ago, and the food and the service are despicable. This one on south park is the worst and has driven me to just end it with them. Never eating burger king any where again. Heed the warning, do not go and waste you’re money there. Owners got get up and do something cause I’m telling everyone not to eat there ever again. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Consistency is Key, and you’re consistently the worst BK in the area. Especially once its night shift.

Godawful. 3 people left the drive thru to walk in and cancel their order. One guy waiting for a doordash waited nearly 30 minutes for their order. Lady makes one burger than leaves her station. Nearing 30 minutes and I’ve only seen 1 order get out. Counting 13 people inside including me waiting for anything but got no answer from both people working besides “2 others called off.” Calling this slow is understatement of the year. Absolutely trash.
Update: Got a refund after 35 min of waiting. No apologies or anything. While giving me my money back someone else in the drive thru demanded their money back. Beyond incompetent.

Tried to place an online order and was told just to pull up only to place the whole order at the 2nd window . They completely forgot our fries which we went back for and they smelled horrible, like dirty fryer oil complete waste of time and money . Never Again EVER !
