I had a lovely experience dining here. The space is cozy, tons of natural light, design feels airy and intentional. Really delicious pho. Reminded me of pho from my childhood made by friends from Laos. Flavorful fried rice with great texture that was not extremely greasy. I appreciated the small things such as a slice of lemon in my water as opposed to a wedge, even this detail elevated the experience. Service was friendly. Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. I will definitely dine here again when in the area and recommend to others.

I’m so happy we stumbled across this restaurant! It’s right on 34, so I don’t know how I missed it before, but I want to let everyone know how amazing the food is so you don’t pass it up. If you like Vietnamese food, you have to give this place a try.
It appears to be a family-run business. It’s clean inside, and the decor is charming. It looks like they put as much care into the appearance of the restaurant as they do the food.
I’ve had a lot of pho, and the seafood pho I ordered from here is one of the best I’ve ever had. It has nice-sized pieces of crab, shrimp, and the absolute tastiest fish meatballs (they could literally sell them as a side dish and I’d buy them). My fiancé ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli dish, and he said he would definitely order it again.
Next time I’m going to try a Bahn mi or the grilled chicken rice dish. I can’t wait!

This is by far one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in newnan to come eat. They offer a variety of PHO dishes , sandwiches, rice plates and several other different dishes. Personally I recommend the pork egg rolls .. my favorite appetizer. . For kids they have chicken nuggets, French fries, kids pho and several other items. . Don’t hesitate to go in and experience a new taste of delicious foods .

This was my first time trying Ruby Pho. The server was nice and attentive & the owner is a nice woman.
I had the lychee tea, which had 4 pieces of lychee fruit in it. The beef chunck rice plate was good and fulfilling ( I added the fried egg).

I started coming here when it was Cozy bistro, and continued to come throughout the name and maybe owner switch.. to me in the beginning the pho broth was out of this world delicious. But in the last 6 months the broth has lacked the delicious flavor it once had. Still good soup! Just missing what it had been at one point

Found Ruby Pho by accident just driving through Newnan. Recently opened. Ruby Pho offers authentic Vietnamese food. I like that it is not a one stop Asian flare that tries to offer Sushi, Thai or other Asian dishes.
We were greeted with a smile and our waiter was always attentive to our presence and need.
I had the P1. Pho Dac Biet Special Beef Noodle Soup. The broth was delicious with an authentic Pho flavor. SP5. Bun Bo Hue Spicy Beef Noodle. This broth had a lemongrass flavor (similar to tom yum). Different from Pho but delicious and not too spicy. A2. Shrimp spring roll was delicious and made in the right roll size. I’ve been to other Vietnamese restaurant where the spring roll was insultingly small and overpriced. Not the case at Ruby’s. By the way, all the noodle dishes were very large portions. We had extra bowls to share. S3. Grilled Pork Banh Mi Heo was delicious. Crispy French Loaf with a very flavorful pork filling and fresh veggies. Yum!
The Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee was superb. Decor and restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and relevant. The music wasn’t loud. Ample parking. Overall, I was very happy with everything including the price of the food and beverage. I give Ruby’s a 5 across the board.

I ordered the pho soup for dinner along with Bon Bon Xao. Overall, the food was decent, but I found the pho noodles a bit underwhelming. They seemed a little frozen together and didn’t have that lovely, chewy texture I usually enjoy. Also, I noticed the price was a bit higher than what I’m used to, as I usually pay around $16 instead of $20 for a similar dish with the same amount of meat and vegetables. I guess they’ve put a lot of effort into remodeling, and the kitchenware does look quite nice!

The servings of Phó are huge, tasty, and delicious. Taking a few minutes to chat with the staff proved to bring out their cultural kindness, sincerity, and hospitality. I hope those reading this will give Ruby’s a shot. You won’t be disappointed, and you’re both sponsoring local establishments and ensuring a variety of food in Newnan.

I came here because I thought it was still “Cozy Restaurant”. But they changed the owner. My bowl was ok. I ordered a bowl of Hue noodle soup. The soup was more pho than Hue soup. However, the worst part was customer service. The man was so rude to both customers and his staff. I was sitting there for 5 minutes but no one took my order yet. Looked at the other tables, I realized that people before me at other three different tables were waiting for being taken their orders too. There were about 10 customers at the time but the owner was running around for nothing but yelling at his staff. He was so racist when he talked to his staff in Vietnamese about a female customer by mentioning her “My den”, which is a racist terms that Vietnamese people imply African Americans. I ordered my drink first, but he didn’t make it until I finished my bowl. He didn’t apologize or anything. I know a lot of Vietnamese people who are very nice and polite, but this man is not. He needs to stop discriminating others and shows his respect to his staff too. So disappointed.
