Whoever made order #3729 at 2:49:13 today did a terrible job. I ordered a medium iced butter pecan latte extra butter pecan made with skim milk, along with loaded chipotle hashbrowns, but I got a regular iced coffee with just sugar and loaded hashbrowns with bacon and barely any chipotle sauce. I’ve also had other orders messed up recently, which makes this even more frustrating. If you’re going to work in food service, please make sure you’re reading the label and preparing the order correctly…it’s printed right there for a reason.

Like most people I have a normal drink I get at Dunkin’ Donuts. I do ask for less concentrate their syrup and it never has been a problem until I started going to this new Dunkin’ Donuts. The manager here is just the most unfriendly person you’ll ever meet. I’ve seen her argue with countless customers and I guess today was my turn. I asked for less concentrate like I do every day and she told me that it Can’t happen its not allowed. I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t talk to me and I was at the drive-through so I went and I ordered my drink normally at the counter inside instead everything went smoothly. The other woman came out of the drive-through position didn’t say anything to me made my drink, even though she was making nobody’s drinks. She was just doing the drive-through register and made my drink with full concentrate, and then I asked the employee that I was speaking with at the counter if I can get a new drink, and the woman started screaming from across the restaurant that she can’t help me and the poor employee was doe eyed saying she’s too new to argue with her And I couldn’t get my drink like I’m just asking for less like I want less of your product, I don’t understand the fight regardless I will not be going back to the Dunkin’ Donuts and I just left I know that’s not a huge deal just the fact that she went out of her way to Make my drink wrong was very unprofessional and then yelling across the whole restaurant was also very unprofessional and I’ve seen her do it to countless customers she’s just a very unhappy person.

The service here is terrible. Not usually the fault of the server simply because there aren’t enough servers.
And I didn’t know this but they no longer serve breakfast maybe they have it in a long time but it was disappointed drive there to find that out. And I had to interrupt the server to ask that because she was chatting with someone and paying no attention to anyone else.

super bad service I asked for a croissant with cream cheese and they gave me a used knife and the cream separated I also asked for a caramel latte and they gave it to me without caramel

This is the best Dunks in the area. There is one closer to my home and I will go to this one before even thinking about going to the other. I go here most mornings before work. The coffee is fresh – never that weird, bitter after taste. The staff are friendly.

It’s really annoying how I am constantly given the wrong items or not what I asked for. One time I was given hot coffee with whipped cream when I asked for hot chocolate with whipped cream. Then I am being charged for cream cheese, yet the cream cheese is never in my bag. Now I have to get in the habit of checking my order (if I stop there) prior to leaving because apparently employees at this establishment can not follow simple directions.

Good location for Dunkin. The staff is friendly and inside is always bright and clean. The drive up window is always quick. I’ve never had to wait in a line when I would go inside to the counter. Always a positive experience at this location.

The manager at this Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing. I didn’t understand why my coffee was coming out different than I wanted. I brought it back two times. He happily showed me why. And let me know how to order it to get an amazing cup of coffee.
