They are not to be trusted. I ordered but cancelled within minutes because of the excessive charges. Tried to call them, they said they would call me back. I couldn’t answer that call no matter how many times I hit accept and when I tried recalling several times my number was blocked. I was charged $80.47 for no food, no nothing but shear anger. Do not trust them, do not buy or order from them. This was my only recourse posting this but I am still out my hard earned money

It was my first time ordering here. The guy that answered the phone was really nice! We got boneless spare ribs, fried chicken wings, and rice. The food was great, and I especially LOVED the chicken! It was absolutely delicious. 100% ordering again!

Used to love this place but they really don’t appreciate their customers. They don’t give you the propotionate amount of sauce for your order, they will make you pay extra. The large container of noodles is half empty. The egg foo young sauce is in a small container also half empty. They give you the tiniest amt of sauce for boneless spareribs and make you pay extra God forbid you need the appropriate amount. When you order any of their beef entrees you get 5 pcs of beef. Their food is average not outstanding. There are a lot of other chinese places who are much nicer to customers & care about them coming back. We live closest to this 1 but we’re not going back. Go to moonstar they’re all nice there! Also if you order from doordash don’t expect to receive free eggrolls or free soup that they advertise. They said they pay too much when customers order through doordash, then take down your free egg rolls or soup for orders 40+ if you’re not gonna honor it. So disappointed honestly. NEVER AGAIN. You should do better!

Love the sweet and sour chicken the large portion quart size has lots of nuggets in it. But the sweet and sour shrimp are pretty skimpy there is a large portion but mostly bread and batter egg rolls and spring rolls are all good and I got the ribs they were delicious and the prices are not too bad. The young fellow that works behind the counter could use a little attitude adjustment he’s been grumpy every time he took my order he has never smiled one time when talking my order. A little kindness goes a long way young man.

Used to love this place so we ordered take out, the guy who answered acted like we were bothering him, paid over $70…we live 25 minutes away. I called to tell them 90% of the order was wrong when I got home. Packaging looked very similar to what we usually get elsewhere so I hadn’t noticed. He even showed me my receipt and it matched what we had ordered but that wasn’t what was in the box. It’s an honest mistake but it was the way it was handled. He offered to have me bring it back which was nice but unfortunately we live too far, he told me to keep the food until the next day and bring it back to get any money back. No thanks. It’s not like we were lying, the people who got my actual order likely came back when they realized it was wrong. Paid with a card, they could have offered some kind of refund. Then he hung up on me when I said I wasn’t going to hold on to the food overnight until it was rancid to bring it back tomorrow. Terrible customer service…wasted $73.00 on basically vegetables and rice and I’m still hungry. Food was not only not what we ordered, but the fam said it was not that great. Save your money.

We ordered food through uber eats, and we didn’t picked up, I went the next day they didn’t give me my food, I got yelled at by the owner, but I didn’t assist I just left. It was very disrespectful, I could’ve left with respectful explanation. And as a customer what is wrong with making two other meals that cost them nothing for new customers, I don’t recommend the place.

They didn’t want to answer the phone after 9:30 even tho they close at 10:30 when we tried to place an order, we had to go all the way to the restaurant. Their chicken broccoli is flavorless and then they sold us two expired Pepsis for $6! Stay away from this place
