I recently visited this pizza place and had an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The general manager, Jacob, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. Not only was he incredibly helpful and friendly, but he also made my pizza perfectly. It was delicious! I really appreciated the extra effort he put in, and his genuine thank you for stopping by made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great pizza and exceptional service! He turned this place around since the last time I stoped by! Great job to him!!!

I’m sick, way too sick to argue with a teenager at the drive threw. I used my points and my bill was supposed to be about $11. Get there he says 22 something I’m like um no even with the garlic it’s not that much, after some back and forth he get it down to 18 something ok whatever im sick I’m not ganna sit here and do this. You can see in my order I said cut into squares “Please” I asked nicely. They didn’t do it. Also didn’t get my pants back that I was supposed to use. And the non boneless wings, come on what is this crap..

The workers are always nice and helpful no difference if you are dining in or take out me and my son was dine in both pizza and wings were hot and fresh. And Mike is the man so so helpful. Him the workers and the store are #1 in my book. Go see them and have the best pizza and wing in the game. On HWY 6 by Wilcrest off Westhimer.

Stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday night and honestly I was blown away by how smooth everything went. The app completely messed up my order and even charged me without sending it to the store. Luckily the manager, Monte, stepped in right away. He was incredibly respectful and empathetic the whole time, making sure I didn’t feel brushed off or ignored. He personally helped me get in touch with Pizza Hut support and made sure I was taken care of. The food still came out fast and the pizza was one of the best I’ve had from Pizza Hut in a long time. I also want to thank the rest of the staff because I could tell they were working hard to keep up with the Saturday rush. Huge thanks to Monte and the team for turning what could’ve been a really frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Took an hour and 15 minutes to get my delivery when the store is literally 10 minutes away. Food was crap. Took pics of the crappy pizza in the boxes. I called to speak with the manager. Got “Montey” on the phone who couldn’t even handle a customer complaint and acted like a child. He put Roman on the phone who refused to give me the number to corporate or anybody who really gives a shit. I worked for a pizza hut as a shift lead and delivery driver and this is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I will never again or pizza hut. Oh and I Gabe a $10 tip for crap food, crap service, crappy EVERYTHING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

The food and service are hit and miss. Sometimes they are very friendly, other times not so much. Sometimes the pizza and wings are perfect, but here lately not so much. A lot of times the wings are not tossed in the sauce. Looks like this just drizzled on there and sometimes they’re very grisly and chewy. As far as the pizza used to be fresh hot full of toppings that you asked for the last couple times I’ve ordered from here The amount of toppings and freshness of the pizza have been subpar to say the least.

Lost my order despite me having multiple confirmation emails and told me there was nothing they could do. They charged my bank and refused to refund because the order “didn’t exist”. Apparently they have no record of orders placed on their website and can’t look them up by order number which is literally ridiculous. The men working there were rude and unhelpful. Used to order every week for delivery and never will again.

If I could give 0. Now for the 3rd time have I ordered on the app and they “never received it” yet there it says ready to pick up. So I had to reorder that. On top of that the dude at the counter so nicely gave himself a 20% tip after I left with out my signature. He nvr had me sign the merchant copy. So they will see me tomorrow. Unprofessional and unacceptable. That’s theft no matter how you slice it.
