OMG my beautiful people in this Indian food truck has a delight and very good variety in food with its unique flavor, which feels as if it were homemade and I tell you that everything is fresh and made right here that makes a lot of difference I was really delighted with this excellent place. Special DSW dosa is just unbeateable and MUST Try! The bhonda cheese is super yummy and authentic. We also tried some biryani which was aromatic and flavourful. The veg manchurian and noodles also steal the show with the flavour. Definitely try their indian masala chai which is soothing and delicious. Try them for sure! The service is fast and the owners are such sweethearts. Totally recommend

May God bless you for providing hot and fresh food. Excellent car-side service with food ready in just 5–6 minutes—no long waiting. We ordered dum biryani, egg fried rice, punugulu, and egg bonda. The biryani was so delicious that we ordered two more takeaways to enjoy later—we’ll definitely crave it back in Boston! Thanks to the staff for their great effort and the complimentary sweet dessert. Wishing your business continued growth and good health to all.

Stopped by this new food truck near the university, and honestly, I was super impressed. I tried the sambar vada, goat biryani, and veg noodles, and everything tasted fresh and full of real Indian flavors.

The goat biryani was really juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sambar vada tasted authentic, just like back home. But what really surprised me was the veg noodles… I’ve tried noodles at so many places, but I’ve never seen anyone add manchurian/gobi pieces into it. This is the first food truck where I’ve seen that, and it tasted amazing!

Great location, great portions, and really friendly vibes. Definitely a must-try!

Amazing New Indian Spot Near West Haven! Highly Recommended! ⭐

I recently visited Dosawala in Orange, and it’s honestly one of the best new Indian restaurants in the area. The food tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor.

We ordered:
Royyala Vepudu
Pulka with Chicken Curry
Puri with Chicken Curry
Fried Rice
Chicken Manchuria
Hyderabad Masala Dosa

Every dish had its own unique taste, but my absolute favorites were the Chicken Curry and the Fried Rice — both were perfectly cooked, delicious, and super satisfying. The chicken curry especially had an amazing balance of spice and richness.

The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming vibe. For a newly opened place, they’re already doing a fantastic job!

If you’re around West Haven or Orange, Dosawala is definitely worth trying!
Highly recommended for authentic Indian flavors!

I visited the Dosawala food truck and tried their plain dosa for my kid. The owner recommended it, and it was really good. They also explained to me that “Dosawala” means dosa, which was nice to know. The dosa was fresh, crispy, and tasty. We really enjoyed it. I will definitely come back again.

Great menu. Super fresh. Hyderabadi style South Indian and Indo-Chinese menu. Plenty of parking far off the street. Owner is a great guy. Masala dosa was crisp, potato was smooth, sambar was just the right level of spicy.

Recently stopped by at this new truck, because they open super early and it was convenient enough to get to! We tried their mirchi bajji, idli, bonda, hyderabadi dosa and puri from their breakfast section and chilli paneer , veg fried rice from the street food section with their hot irani chai.

The food was served relatively fast and hot. The idli was fluffy and perfect with their signature sweet ginger chutney (we fought for this chutney and got a refill), hyderabadi dosa held up well for the amount of hot delicious filling it came with, bondas were perfectly airy inside with crispy golden exterior. The puris were piping hot and the aloo kurma was creamy, tasty and goes well with the puris. The chilli paneer took me back to the street side stalls. Was surprised to find out that veg fried rice here actually comes included with Manchuria in it. On to my personal favorite Mirchi bajji. They nailed the crispiness, the heat and texture of it. Definitely going back to try more dishes!
