I usually go to the Bee Cave location because it’s closer but ordered from here today because Bee Cave was not accepting online orders. I’m so glad I did. Whoever made my sandwich today 12/11 around 1:30 deserves a raise. Probably the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I’ll be ordering from this location from now on. Bravo

This store is the worst Subway ever… We live in Lakeway so we use this store but are always disappointed but keep trying it hoping things will change. After today, we are done and I felt I had to say something!! I assume its the owner that is so RUDE!!!! He is rude to customers and is also very rude to his employees. He is SOOOO chinchy with ingredients!! We ordered 2 Veggie footlongs and on the APP where you can pick Less, Regular or More (ingredients) we clicked on More for most ingredients. NOT only did we NOT get More, we hardly got anything. I should have driven back to the store, but I was busy and working, otherwise I would have shown them in person how lousy of a sandwich this was. Every other Subway when they make a “Veggie” get you enough Veggies to be an actual sandwich since there is no meat. This is a joke!! You either need to change your ways, or we all will make it known in Lakeway that this store sucks and is not worth visiting. You also need an attitude adjustment to customers and more importantly your employees!! I feel sorry for them!!!

Why does this sandwich shop smell like sewage? This used to be a nice, clean little restaurant, but the last two times I went, including today, I was repulsed by the odor, especially towards the back when you’re standing in line. I walked out because I was so grossed out. The owners need to check to see if there is a leaky pipe coming from the restrooms, because it reeks!

A roast beef sandwich with everything was ordered and what was received was disappointing. There were at most 3 single slices of roast beef on a footlong sandwich. “Where’s the beef”? At the price of $9.79 the sandwich should resemble the ads. For comparison see the pictures attached.
This was the worst sandwich I have ever received from any Subway ever. I called and texted the owner of the store requesting my money back. In order to receive a refund, it would be necessary to drive back to the store. Making in necessary to return to the store seems like adding insult to injury.
Further, the owner blames the pandemic and new employees for making a sub-standard and terrible sandwich. I ordered a sandwich (or something that resembled a sandwich). Management of the store is not my concern, I’m just looking for a refund and will never visit any Subway again.

Worst experience at this store. Manager treats people meanly and hardly puts any meat on the sandwiches when ordered with bogo offer. I wasn’t treated same when I ordered without the coupon code. Before I started writing this review I have seen many complaints. I am not sure why Subway is not taking any action against this complaints. Subway has a good reputation, I hope it doesn’t loose their customers.
Below order is an Elite chicken and Bacon Ranch, it hardly has any meat in it.

Worst customer service ever. My girlfriend and I just went in around 1:15 and left in complete disbelief with how poor they treated us. We walked in to a greeting of “what do you want” no hello.nothing. We tried moving past this and this girl about 19 yrs old no name tag was sloppily throwing our sandwiches together. I kindly asked her to put more tomatoes on my sandwich and she put two extra ( not even covering the whole thing) when I asked for the rest of the ingredients she threw it sloppily on half of the sandwich. I told her this was a sloppy sandwich and she threw her hands down and said what do you mean. We set down our chips and told her this was so disrespectful and she told us to “make our own damn sandwich” as she continues to cuss us out as we walked out. Manager was standing next to her didn’t say one word. Don’t go here. Just drive the extra 5 minutes to jersey mikes, it’s better anyways.

The manager here. Destiny. Is amazing! I watched her very gracefully handle a situation with a very grumpy man about extra cheese today. He was pretty nasty towards her but she still greeted the next guy and myself with kindness and made my sandwich perfectly! I go to a lot of subways bc I’m always on the road. This is definitely a good one! Probably thanks to her management!

The girl that was working there yesterday at around 1:23pm was very rude, does not know the basic ethic of customer service. There was only 2 employee working there and this girl was about 18-19yrs of age, middle lenght hair. No name tag, so i don’t know her name, but there’s only 2 staff yesterday on duty. I was simply letting her know that the drink selection did not have the drink I ordered online, so I simply ask if can choose something however, it seems like she is not in the mood to work and just basically said get whatever you want and get the hell out of this store now. So, randomly saying this for no reason. She needs to find a different job that does not include customer service because she does not have any of this at all not the basic manner to talk to a customer. I tried to contact this branch but no one seems to be available to pick up the phone.

I had the 2nd worst costumer service I’ve experienced at this Subway in Lakeway. The last time even though she seemed in a bad mood & was a bit sharp in speaking, I just figured she was having a bad day but here we are again another day and still she is rude. She asked me what kind of cheese I wanted so I asked what they had, she pointed to a list & said read it ! I said can you just tell me, she pointed again at the sign & just looked at me. So we got past that part & then I asked for extra cheese, this clearly upset her as she pretty much just threw the cheese on it ! Seriously I have not ever seen customer service like this…not anywhere. She became hostile even after I paid & asked for the manger and she my dad is the manager and then told me not to come back. She also embarrassed me in front of other customers about using a coupon, & stating her dad is the manager like that was a threat not to come back there. I think this kind of service is unacceptable and totally disappointing and this type of service needs reported as such.
