I was getting off work and getting my car worked on I’m like I gotta find a spot with food and drinks to just wait till my car ready in walking distance.
Listen I found this place and OMG HIDDEN GEM.
Drinks were affordable & great , I didn’t want to eat heavy and Crissy the bartender which she was EVERYTHING plus BEAUTIFUL recommended a 4 wing and onions rings. I messed em up ! lol they were bomb.
The new owner/owners took over SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT because I been there before when it was a different restaurant in 2015-2016 which doesn’t compare! I pray they are here to stay seriously!
Oh yeah . Weekdays close at 4am n weekends 6 am ! Even the cook was cool. I’m a regular from now on

Steel City Bar – A Hidden Gem for Steeler Fans and Night Owls!
I had just flown back from a family trip to Orlando and was flying back out to Canada the next day. I was looking for a spot to grab a late-night bite, decompress, and soak in some local flavor—and wow, did Steel City Bar deliver!
As a die-hard Steelers fan, I was pleasantly surprised to find this place just minutes from my hotel and still open at 11:30 PM on a Thursday in the off-season. Turns out, it’s an after-hours gem, and as the owner Brian put it—“this is just the calm before the storm right now, it’s going to get busy.”
Brian was incredibly welcoming, gave me a tour, introduced me to his cousin, and we talked Steelers football like old friends. Latoya, the bartender, was super friendly and recommended the honey hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkled on top—absolute game-changer. Taz, the cook, crushed it—some of the best wings I’ve had anywhere, period. Fries were solid too!
As the night picked up, the place filled with a great crowd, the music was on point, and the vibe was all good energy. I ended up staying way later than expected because I was just having so much fun.
Steel City Bar turned a random late-night search into one of the highlights of my spring break. Highly recommend—especially for fellow Steelers fans looking for a home away from home!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Steel City Grill. The food was extremely greasy and it tasted like the oil had not been clean or fresh. That alone was enough to turn me off, but the drinks were also not good and lacked flavor.
The atmosphere was dull and lifeless. There were maybe five people in the place when I arrived. A birthday party came in, but even they left by 10 pm and did not stay to bring in the New Year, which says a lot. I ended up leaving myself at 11 pm because there was just nothing happening.
Overall, the food quality, drinks, and atmosphere all fell short. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I had such a great experience at Steele City Grill on Fayetteville Rd thanks to Chrissy! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcome and taken care of. As a bartender, her drinks were on point—balanced, flavorful, and made with care. She really knows her craft and even suggested a couple of cocktails that ended up being my new favorites.
On top of that, Chrissy was just as amazing as a server. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with refills, and always checked in at the right time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does because she brings great energy to the whole atmosphere.
If you’re coming here, definitely ask for Chrissy—you’ll get excellent service, delicious drinks, and a fun, positive vibe every time. She’s a true asset to Steele City Grill!

This spot is pretty big for a good after hours!! No drama!!! And the waitress Michelle was the route to go… She was always in my, I mean our face asking are we good and we do appreciate not being ignored lol… Definitely will return from time to time!!! Oh yeah, the DJ fye with it too!!!!

Steel City Bar & Grill is a hidden gem just 3 minutes from the expressway. The Old Fashion I ordered was a perfect 10/10, but what truly made the experience stand out was Crissy, the bartender—her energy, skill, and welcoming vibe made the night unforgettable. The atmosphere is top tier, full of good energy and cool people. I love supporting good local businesses, and Steel City definitely got a repeat customer after my first visit!

What a disappointing ending after a great experience. Great service from Crissy, good wings and fries, 1st experience of a hookah bar. So good that I gave a 33% tip. Then unfortunately I realized after I left an automatic 18% gratuity had been added to my bill as well and there was only 2 of us. What a shame. Never was mentioned and not posted on menu and didn’t see posted anywhere else. Not right.

Had a 7 hour layover and so glad I spent it here. The bartender and the patrons made it a fun time 🙂 highly recommended for anyone flying in or just looking for a good drink. Open late is a plus!

I came in as a walk in and Crissy greeted me at the bar. I really wasn’t hungry but she recommended the burger. Let’s just say I came back twice in one day and the customer service/food was on point. Will definitely be coming back!
