Only come here because of timing on my break, otherwise I would go to another location. The produce quality is always below par. Tomatoes soggy and lettuce is brown half the time. They also don’t carry the Italian herb and cheese in the morning, supposedly for demand purposes? Then put that on your menu. No need to advertise you carry that bread if it’s NEVER going to be available in the morning. I complained multiple times hoping to get this addressed but since it’s not I’d like to spare others from dealing with this.

The worst subway , just go to next location. Always closed a hr to hr and a half early everyday. Ppl always have attitudes when correcting or when asked to fix something. Always something whenever I visit this location just go to the one next to Walmart

I went to buy my daughter a kids meal and the mexican lady wasn’t listening properly so she tried charging me $10 when the meal is only $6 and some change. After I corrected her she got an attitude and didn’t apologize for failing to listen. She also mumbled weaver in Spanish and which I don’t appreciate. Moral of the story is she was very rude and she shouldn’t work in places like that if she doesn’t know how to deal with customers.

I did an online order. When I arrived, my favorite sandwich maker was the only one there. Normally, they have 2-3 folks making them. She was fast though (as usual) and the sandwiches were made well.

Terrible subway spot. Workers are unfriendly and rude. Their hours say 9pm on both google and their door but they close at 8. On top of that, I called them 8 times at 7:20 to confirm what time they close and there was no answer, even thought they are still open at that time. Completely unprofessional. They locked the door at 7:45 and we showed up at 8 thinking they close at 9, however they waved us away very rudely. I called them while standing at the door and still no answer even though the phone was ringing. They should change their hours if they really close at 8 instead of having everyone think they close at 8. Rude and horrible customer service. So unprofessional and I would never go here again.

Don’t even follow their own posted hours. Supposedly open until 9pm. Showed up before 8 and already had all ingredients packed up, lights off, door locked. Not the first time this has happened, either. If it is any later than 6pm, don’t plan on then being open.
Ordering from them does no good either. They never get the order right. They suck.

Generally no complaints here, food is generally always fresh, staff is polite, and place is fairly clean, nothing that would make me raise an eyebrow.
The meatball marinara I usually get is good. Bread is also always fresh.

We ordered online and picked up and ate inside. However, while we were still eating these employees came in and turned off the lights while we were eating. No, greeting us to say hello we are closing in about 15min. Which the sign says they close at 8pm. So, we were a little surprised that these 2 women came in turned off the lights 15 minutes before they actually closed and then jammed to the back of the store. That is just poor service and not professional at all I definitely will not be back there to eat!!!

This is second time I’ve come to this location, the Customer Service was awful again ..it was as if I was disturbing the staff. I asked what bread they had available, the staff member pointed to the small writing on the glass.. now I didn’t have my readers, so I squinted to look at the small writing. Would’ve been great customer service to just name the breads available? Jerez… no smile, very rude… I’m not of Hispanic origin, the customer before me was and so was the the staff.. so they received excellent service, hefty portion of meat.. then the attitude changed , and the meat was minimal when it was my turn .. Listen!!! My money is green like everyone else’s… so please hire folks that is culturally diverse in their thinking. IT IS GETTING VERY OLD and SAD

I liked that I was able to get my sandwich as a salad instead. It was clean and neat. Baring the occasional sounds of the door opening as customers came and went, It was quiet when I visited so I was grateful to be able to study there for a bit while I ate. Stayed a little longer after eating. The members of staff were nice. Professional and courteous. Will be back
