Wow. If you think this is just another sub shop, you’re wrong! My husband and I ordered the Club Supreme which had Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. Then we added some other accouterments. The meat is sliced fresh to order and it WAS so fresh! So so good. The staff was kind and thoughtful and the place was clean. Check them out!

Doesn’t make sense that they were giving priority to walk-ins over online orders…. technically should be considered and first order in first order out so that all are satisfied in order. I sat for 50 minutes waiting for my online order when I watched many people walk up and order their sub and walk out moments later. I hope they reconsider the process. I counted 28 people standing waiting for online orders…. while walk-ins moved right through.

I was so excited to have a JM in WS. They are my favorite sub hands down. But consistently backed up on wait times for mobile ordering. Even on a peak night with 8 staff behind counter, I’ve waited up to 40 minutes for one sandwich. Meanwhile, our pizza next door at Dominos is ready in 10-12 minutes with half the staff on site. I realize the dynamics are different and there probably all kinds of reason why, but it’s damaging to the Jersey Mikes brand to not have the efficiency clicking over a month after opening – especially with a staff that big. I’m learning to try to have my order in early – but making a sub should not take that long.
