The person who took our order was very polite, the food came out promptly. Still hot after a 8 min drive and was AMAZING. The food was cooked, seasoned and prepared to perfection. I would assume these recipes have been passed down through generations with how delicious and robust the flavor tasted. We ordered the birriaburito, quesabirra and the dorielotas.

All we can say is that we highly, highly recommend the birria burrito and, yes, it comes with consomé. It’s insanely delicious. This food truck is an absolute must try while in Hot Springs.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla. First I requested NOTHING spicy. Was told reassuringly that its only chicken and cheese. Then I requested lettuce and tomato cooked inside. They failed the NOTHING spicy by loading it down with big flakes of black pepper. Also the bottom tortilla ended up being mushy.
I’ve been ordering the same thing for the past few years. I was very disappointed with the meal. I don’t know if I will be going back and I’m not sure about recommending them either.

We tried the birria ramen, quesabirria tacos, birria burrito, and churros con nieve. Prepare for a bit of a wait because they remained busy throughout the hour or so we were seated beside the food truck. Wait was totally worth it! My kids and I loved the food and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Best Pambazo EVER!!!! I crave this on a monthly basis. If you’re a torta fan- you gotta try this game-changer. Tried the sopes with chicken- they were pretty good, came with two salsas which I always appreciate. Finally got to try the ramen-birria and man, I had super high expectations mostly bc the broth is my favorite part of the quesabarilla tacos but it honestly lacked depth in flavor. It came with a lime (expected) and a salt packet which I had to use. After that it was pretty decent but I would just stick with the taco version in the future. I still hands down would come here for the pambazo, and I look forward to trying some other things as their menu is really fun and unique.

Food 5/5 .

Finally decided to check out something new.

While asking for advice from the crowd waiting on my order to be taken, I was informed that this location was cash and venmo only, ( no signs warning you) I ran into that before at other trucks so it wasn’t a surprise.. and thankfully I had cash on me.

Small detail.. much like another Mexican food truck I went to , there were no prices listed… I know I could have asked but just pointing it out.

Okay so on to the food… I ordered the Burra burrito..
Very pleasantly surprised with the portion size… And the flavor I honestly am not sure the last time I went to a Mexican place for that much flavor it was so good. The burrito did come with a sauce but alas it was too spicy for me.

My son was a victim of marketing 🙂 ( pictures on the side of the truck). And we ordered A churro ice cream something.. no idea what it was called.

It had the freshest softest churros I’ve ever had in my life… I thought they were coated with honey , but my son said they had chocolate in them… They were too good to wait and too hot to investigate.
Also came with a cookies and cream ice cream

.

Definitely would visit again!

We stopped by here twice while on vacation. It was that good! In the picture is the Quesabirria and the mango michelaqua. My husband had the torta con asada and the nachos asada and they were both incredibly delicious.

We also tried the mango chamoy snow cone and the horchata. Everything was so packed with flavor!

The young woman taking orders was very nice and explained item ingredients when we were unsure on a few things. Thank you!

The food is amazing and fresh. This is our second visit this week. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot, but they managed to get all the food out on time. We picked up our to go boxes on motorcycles. They packed their food with such care that it’s easy to throw in. Backpacks and get home. The food was beautiful when we open the box. We will be back again!

There aren’t any tables, you can order from the window or online and sit in your vehicle. The food is absolutely amazing as well as the staff. I don’t know anything about dietary stuff, I just like food. The price to proportion is way better than most fast food restaurants around. I highly recommend trying, you have to try the birria burrito.
