Have something important to talk about? This is the place for you. You’ll have no worries about being interrupted by the staff because they’ll only visit your table once every 30 minutes. And when they bring your food don’t expect anything above mediocre. The spaghetti had the smallest shrimp I’ve ever seen.

Old fashioned in an old fashioned glass. Best meatloaf in town, bacon-wrapped. And a maple syrup Manhattan what’s there not to love. A fireplace and a rustic feel just like home but better. Best yet are the fries and some complementary cornbread.

Mouth-watering food and a relaxing rustic environment! We’ve celebrated several family occasions here in the past 11 months. The service has always been excellent and professional. We were not rushed, but served promptly. Drinks and water regularly replenished. We were even allowed to bring in our own birthday cake! (But you wouldn’t have to b/c their desserts are yummy too!) The burgers, tots and cheese curds are kid favorites. We’re also fans of the beet salad, the harvest salad, pot roast, salmon, walleye and meatloaf. All our meals have been perfect! Special thanks to Greg and Celine for making our most recent visit so enjoyable!

I like the concept of this restaurant and the food was quite good but the service fell far short of a good experience. We had the beet salad, chicken pot pie, and a small side of mac and cheese. Everything was tasty and I would definitely order it again. I liked that they had lighter options like the beet salad to match the heavier options like the pot pie and stroganoff.
Our waitress was unfortunately not great. She took our dinner order and we basically never saw her again. Our drinks and water ran out and neither she nor any other server the place stopped by to see if we needed anything. She also forgot something from our order but we were pretty full from sharing the pot pie so, while we still would’ve been happy to take it home, it never came. Luckily we were not charged for it.

What a nice place. The atmosphere is great. It’s low-key, warm, and welcoming. I had a delicious crab cake and chicken pot pie. There are many more things there I’d like to try so we’ll definitely be going back.
I wasn’t impressed with their beer menu, but they have enough liquor to keep me satisfied. This visit I just had Sprite, which is great. Most places only have Sierra Mist or whatever the new one is. They tell me it’s the same, as if I’m a fully grown woman who hasn’t tried it before. It’s much different and I need my Sprite. So that earned them majors bonus points, too.

My wife and I had a GREAT experience….Our servers were very knowledgeable of the menu and most importantly, they were extremely helpful. Even the GM was great. I really enjoyed the customer service, the atmosphere, and the food. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to dine here. YOU GET A HIGH CLASS EXPERIENCE AT A CASUAL PRICE!!!! We will be going back!!
