Fun country bar between Oregon and Evansville. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now with my boyfriend, he’s been going there for way longer and knows a decent amount of the people that come in. On Wednesday nights he shoots pool on the White Rock team during pool season, they just won again. Dave is the current owner, he keeps his bar clean and well stocked, often mingles with his customers. I come out usually on some Wednesday nights and sometimes every other weekend as we are friends with the bartender Kassandra. Wednesday nights the bar is usually hopping with the regulars and the pool team, some of them enjoying the gambling machines. Weekends you can find a younger crowd all hanging around having a good time, shooting pool or playing darts. If you come by often enough you will quickly fall in love with that neighborhood bar feel.

Been going to “The Rock” for many years, I have known the last two owners personaly. Getting to know the current owner..Its the locals at the home-town tavern just stopping in for “one” that makes It fun!..The new owner knows the history and tradition of how things are here in Rutland! He is fitting in just fine!….i give it an A plus!
