I’d give zero stars if I could.

Completely unprofessional staff. Loud, crude, with little to no sense of urgency. Every. Single. Time when I was there I found messes everywhere. Trash piled so high in the kitchen I could see it; food everywhere. No glove changing–even saw someone wear an apron into the restroom and come out–and put gloves on immediately. Last time I was in–they were slammed to the door. Their manager was sitting at a table with a binder open, acting as if she didn’t see the angry customers waiting or her staff struggling. My favorite part was the white build up on the bottom of the soda machine.

This is a absolutely horrible place to visit–so my advice to you all and your immunity systems is to steer clear.

Health violations galore!! Tell me why employees can make other people’s food, ring them out, touch everything by the cash register, and then make someone else’s food without changing their gloves, let alone washing their hands. Neither employee were in a subway uniform. No hats or hair nets. Just street clothes. Only had one kind of a bread. I will never come back here. The last time I came here, they were interviewing someone in the dining area, and the teenagers on the line “working” were cussing loudly, having a great time with a line of people waiting. This location needs closed down. Whoever the franchise owner is should be disgusted by how this store is run. And if they know about all this, they need to lose this franchise. I’ll be making calls. Ain’t no way im gonna eat food made by dirty people who cant follow food safety rules. They cant even be bothered to wear a uniform.

Made an online order this evening around 7pm. The sandwich artist threw away order receipt before I got there so my order was not even started when I got there. Asked my mother, who went in first, what she ordered and she came out to get me for the order. I come in to see he had fished receipt from garbage to make order then lied when confronted, telling me it was just laying around. Told me the toaster down and that was what he was telling my mom, claiming my mother lied to me. I find out when I talk with my mother on the way home that he had told the person in front of her he turned the toaster off for the night and wasn’t going to turn it back on. Never said anything to her. Who I am assuming is the owner? was sitting at a table reading a newspaper, ignoring what was happening. The only reason I knew he worked there was as I left he was practically on my tail to lock the door and turn off the open sign at 7:30 before going to help tear down the line. Unpleasant experience, rude encounters, felt belittled and accused…

I like this subway. They don’t skimp on the meat here. I routinely come here and it’s always good. I’m honestly not a huge subway fan because they try to give you the smallest amount of meat as possible in most cases.

I was waiting in line like the rest of the customers, and once it was another guys turn, the worker told him to go to the back of the line because he had 5 subs to order. He waited in line like the rest of us and was made to go to the back, I think it was totally rude and uncalled for. Next customer should be the next customer. They need to hire better staff and/or teach their staff how to be polite and how to make subs faster if that was the issue, which I don’t see what else it could have been other than them knowing they worked slow. Won’t be coming back.

I work until 6pm I called this location at 6:05 and they told me they couldn’t take the order over the phone. Okay no problem I put the order in online. At 6:15 and the money was taken out at 6:16 from my account. My wife and I finished our running and were on our way to grab the 6 sandwiches for our family and then the same guy who told me he couldn’t take the order over the phone then calls me and tells me they can’t make the order. Like seriously you can take the money but not the order and then wait until literally 10 minutes until the order was to be picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous. The rudeness of the guy and the lady was unacceptable.

The nicest young lady made my subs today around 2pm. She was far and away THE nicest person that I’ve ever met at a subway or any fast food for that matter. Offered to pack up some toppings for the sandwich incase my wife wanted them. My only regret is that I didn’t get her name. She was absolutely awesome! If I had a business I would hire her in a minute. GREAT JOB!

The inside is nice & clean. I wasn’t impressed with the employee that waited on me. She doesn’t seem like she liked her job or didn’t want to be there. I feel if you don’t like your job get a different job. I know the owners & he is very nice man. Sry to the owner for not giving a better review but you need to hire ppl that can at least smile & have a better personality.
