I am a member of the Knights of Columbus in Sun City. We host a golf tournament annually and Jersey Mike’s caters our luncheon for about 150 golfers and volunteers. We have been using Bill and his staff for the past two (2) years and find them to be very accommodating and professional. The golfers mostly raved about the sandwiches stating that they were very fresh and the ingredients were of great quality. We will continue to use Bill and Jersey Mike’s for our golf tournament and other events we may sponsor in the future. Thanks again. 5 star rating.

Consistently have issues with this location as far as quality and order timing. I usually order online and often times during lunch the wait time is 45-60 minutes. Last time I ordered I waited 75 minutes even though my order was ready and sitting behind the counter, they were too busy to look for it when I gave them my name. It seems like they have too few employees at this location and many of the employees are not fully trained. Many times my order was incorrect but they were too busy to fix it.

Neen coming here since they opened. Sorry to report but their subs have cut back so much its just not worth going here. Each JM is a franchise, we ate going to tru gold hill address next time. We alwaus get the mini, with three slices of everything. Now the breas is so small, they cut back to 2 slices. They are already paper thin. So not worth it anymore

We went to this sandwich place. The guy who took our order was friendly, but the girl who puts the ingredients on the sandwich is grumpy. She didn’t even ask us what we wanted in the sandwich, she just wrapped it up. In short, she didn’t even have a conversation with us. She made us feel discriminated against. I don’t want to think that it’s because of our ethnicity. I won’t go back to this place.

Worst experience ever. Very slow, young teenagers working with no managers,. Young boy making our food had a cheek full of food in his mouth while talking to us. I ordered a Portebello Mushroom and Swiss and when I got home I couldn’t believe they would even think it was okay so serve…..mostly bread. We also feel we were overcharged and the cashier couldn’t even understand what we were saying. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

My order was correct and done in a timely fashion, but when I went inside to pick up my order, not a single person spoke to me not even after I said hello in a voice loud enough for anyone to hear. It was surprising. It was my first time ordering at that location.

I like coming here since they’ve open. Their service is amazing always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The food is fresh and delicious!

I ordered off Uber eats. After a long and hot day at Carowinds. Meet the driver downstairs of our hotel and went back to my room go to take out the subs and there are two missing. So I try to call Jersey Mike’s the phone number is not working. So I drive all the way to Jersey Mike’s only for the children behind the counter tell me it was the fault of the drive. Really I don’t think so. You hand him the bag which you seal with tape. So don’t blame him when you screwed up. This is the worst location.

My sisters and I were driving through and decided to stop and have lunch at Jersey Mike’s. Arturo was helping us and wow…he excels in customer service! Very friendly and accommodating and you can tell he cares about his customers. We had a great experience at this location today. I wanted to give Arturo and his team praises !
