I ordered before they opened, and then waited for 1 hour after their opening time. I still had not received my order, so I decided to call them. They told me the order had been ready for 45 minutes, but the delivery people had not picked up the order and they dont know why (they partner with DoorDash or something apparently). They offered to re-make my order, but told me I would have to come pickup the order. I declined, and asked if I could just cancel my order. They agreed to cancel my order. My order total was $44.62, but they only refunded me $14.29. Since they provided no product or service to me, failed to fulfill my order, and agreed to cancel my order, I believe I was entitled to a FULL refund. Its not my fault that they could not uphold their agreement to deliver me a pizza and salad.
Critical feedback to the business: If you cant actually fulfill and guarantee a delivery service, do NOT offer delivery as an option at all. You will lose customers, and receive bad reviews. Also, if you agree to cancel an order (due to YOUR lack of ability to fulfill the order), do NOT try to scam the customer out of their money. This is a very good way to destroy your business. I reached out to you yesterday, but you didnt respond, so I was forced to open a dispute via my credit card, and leave a bad review.
