Tried the Jimmy John’s Picklewich (“It’s a Big Dill”) with salami — super crunchy and full of flavor! Skipping the oregano next time, but still amazing. Paired it with BBQ chips and a brownie. Shoutout to Cassidy, Natalie, and Autumn for being awesome during the lunch rush! If you love pickles, this one’s a must!

This Jimmy John’s location is excellent! The staff is fast, friendly, and always gets the order right. My sandwich was super fresh, well-made, and came out incredibly quick — exactly what you expect from Jimmy John’s at its best. The store is clean and well-organized, and the overall service feels consistently reliable. Definitely one of the better Jimmy John’s locations I’ve visited. Highly recommended!

My daughter has posted a review, but I also want to share mine. We ordered a cater box of 30 and a cater box of 18 for a baby shower. Total with 2 containers of pickles was almost $130. When we opened the boxes, there was literally one sliver if meat, some had cheese (a very tiny piece) and some did not. Lettuce and tomato. Literally looked like a bread sandwich. It was so embarrassing for the price we paid. One guest laughed. Others pulled the top I f bread off. A total waste of money!! We also had pinwheels from another business, and guests ate those. We literally had over 25 of the 48 untouched! There were close to 30 guests. We have had the catered subs from the Troy location, and they were what one would expect on a sub. We went with the Huber location due to convenience of location, and the drive thru. Never again!! So disappointing!! Such a waste of money! $130 for bread sandwiches!! Your establishment should never allow these sandwiches (especially catered) to leave your store!

I have had mixed experiences at this location. They are always really nice when I go there to pickup food, but the food isn’t always right, so I have stopped going here. Also, they really need to fix the website because it empties your cart and it is almost impossible to get it to work correctly. The store is in a strip mall but they have a drive-thru that I used, so cannot attest to the parking situation at all.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a sandwich as I was in a hurry. I watched the girl make my sandwich and she had gloves on which was great. And then she came to the window collected my money gave me my change and then I watched her walk back to the counter and proceed to make more sandwiches. Needless to say I couldn’t even eat my sandwich because Lord knows how long she’s had those gloves on. Does she think they’re to protect her hands from the food and the money? I wont return. Something like that shows a complete lack of proper training by the management. I have no reason to believe anything in there now meet health standard

I’ve ordered from this new location about 5 times since they’ve opened. I’m usually not one to complain too much, but I am honest with my reviews. I do MANY reviews. This location has NEVER gotten my order/requests 100% correct as requested on any of the 5 purchases. That’s a pretty poor hit rate. The food is solid, but I’m not sure how much that could go wrong with cold-cut sandwiches.

I usually put in the app to have it cut in 1/2, with mayo packets. Sometimes I’ll make customized options such as adding XTRA jimmy hot peppers.

Never once has it been accurate to satisfaction.

The photos included were from today. Sandwich not cut in half, I didn’t get napkins or mayo & mustard packets as requested. I requested an extra side of hot peppers at the drive-thru window because I had a feeling they wouldn’t actually put extra hot peppers on the sandwich…

Guess what? I was right. Check the photo, check the receipt.

Terrible attention to detail, and honestly, I’m nearly over it already and about to give up on the new spot at this point.

We have given them a million chances. (My husband really enjoys a good sub and orders weekly.) If it shows up, because there have been several times it never does, we find out an hour later when we are looking for our food, It’s NEVER right. Extras that are paid for are never there. (My daughter always gets a blt with extra bacon and no tomatoes, the last 3 times its showed up with1 piece of bacon on it. Not to mention the rest of the families order that doesn’t come correct.) What I can only assume is other people’s orders, because it’s not ours remotely, will show up. Never labeled, never cut in half when requested, food missing all together, and we always wind up trying to find something else at the last minute. We were so excited to get a Jimmy John’s within delivery range. However, this location leaves ALOT to be desired.

Love them!!! I had them cater my baby shower and everything was perfect and they let you pick whatever subs you wanted in the box. And it was ready exactly when needed.
