I recently received an order for a garden salad with grilled chicken, but instead, I was provided with crispy tenders. Upon contacting your establishment and speaking with an employee, I was instructed to return the incorrect order. Upon doing so, the corrected salad was prepared with cold grilled chicken added, which was then presented to me. This experience raises concerns regarding the quality control and the standards of food preparation within your establishment. I would like to understand the measures in place to ensure that staff members are adequately trained and that the quality of food meets the standards your company aims to uphold.

Went to this location to get some food to go. I waited at the counter. There was a door dasher in there as well. No one even acknowledged that I was there EXCEPT the door dasher. She was even trying to get their attention to let them know I was there. If I wanted that kind of service I’d go across the street to Burger King.
Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any.

Pulled into the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me and was told it was gonna be a 45 minute wait to get my order. So I had to hit reverse and back out of the drive thru. It’s fast food not a gourmet restaurant FFS.

If giving a zero star was possible I’d do that. Staff just gave away my order to someone else and my door dasher saw and waited half an hour for them to make a new order and they refused and said they wouldn’t replace order upon their mistake. Told me call door dash and make a new order. Zero willingness to admit fault or try and help with situation.

This is the most consistent Jack in the Box! Everyone is always very friendly! Unfortunately sometimes they don’t have fresh food, just like the rest of Jack in the Boxes. They are quick and the orders are accurate!

As I am here at the moment been sitting waiting for someone to answer the intercom through the drive through since 7:10am, say you open at 6am. The fact the screen is on and no one answering as I’m about to sit out here for 10 min with no response. With cars outside, not the first time this has happened.

I would give this location zero stars if possible. If you use mobile pay/drive through options, be prepared to wait, have your order ‘lost, forgotten or cancelled’ every time. Employees and managers here behave without consideration to eachother and customers alike. If they tell you to ‘pull around’ good luck getting your order- manager was busy talking to friends on her phone to care. You’ll waste 30 mins on avg and have an incomplete order every time- dont waste time visiting this location.

Two times weve ever been here the waits been over 30 mins drive thru. Never ever seen this now waiting another 10 mins bc they forgot something now they have to cook. 6 cars waiting all inpatiently went up the same time. Worst place to go.

This place has really gone down hill past 9pm. So disrespectful and have ran out of 75% of the menu. Above all the blunt disrespect and rudeness, like if you hate your job why bring that negativity to the customers. Never going back here at all.

This is how my loaded tiny tacos came out. We also got charged twice for the same order. Unfortunately after a 12 hour shift it wasn’t worth driving back to chance being disappointed again. I just threw them out.
