The cashier had a hard time just understanding our basic order which was a number (ex #4) we did not make any adjustments. They don’t have the onion ring/fry combo that is available at other locations. They charge .50 cents for sauce and their chicken nuggets isn’t hot, they weren’t even warm, they were room temperature. of course they didn’t like that I took it back inside and asked for hot ones. The lady preparing the food happily assisted and said it will be 5 minutes, I said okay, she was pleasant and kept updating me on how much longer it would be, she was also working the drive thru as she was wearing a headset. They did not throw out my old nuggets, I’ll just let you guess where they put them. I won’t stop at this Wendy’s again.

Better than Culvers and they have to compete with McDonald’s next door. The burgers have really good flavor, a little bit of a longer wait because they are cooking them on the griddle when you order. Allow for a little extra time when you order. Of course the line is not as long as McDonald’s so you’re probably out much quicker. The food is always fresh and hot.

We always come through the drive-thru at this location. It’s usually always packed. I usually get the Southwest Chicken Avocado salad. Today I decided to try the new Parmesan Cesar salad. BIG MISTAKE! It was one of the worst ones I’ve tasted! It had no flavor, and it barely had any chicken or any cheese. I was left with tons of lettuce and tomatoes. Never again!

Today I decided to try the Parmesan Chicken Caesar salad again. This time it was amazing! It came with these parmesan bits that were amazing! I have to say that I was truly blown away how much it changed! I still don’t like the service at this location. The young ladies at the drive thru need to learn customer service.

Pretty fresh food but the drive-thru lady needs to learn customers skills. Like being polite, friendly & respectful or they should switch her to the kitchen so she can calm down ♀️

The food was hot and tasty, but the wait time to order you food and get you food is unreasonable slow take 20 min to be in line to order and get the food in the drive tru, is the firsttime I spend that time in line in any drive tru.

I asked for fresh potatoes and they weren’t fresh. I’m not a difficult person to please, just give me my fresh potato wedges when I ask for them. If I would’ve wanted rock hard ones, I would’ve just ate the uncooked ones in my fridge. Dry and hard, the picture shows a large btw, not even filled up. I am sure these were the leftovers that the person before me got an hour ago.

I said honey mustard, four piece spicy nuggets. How do you get honey Mustard and barbecue mixed up completely different names I said honey mustard not barbecue!!! I do not enjoy my spicy chicken nuggets with barbecue. I don’t like barbecue.

My first order was missing my frosty and a baked potatoe and my number 1 only had onions. I re ordered the baked potatoes and frosty and send French fries with cheese and no frosty again.
