My favorite lunch is the tomato basil soup. So good. The staff make you feel warm and welcome. This is the perfect place to meet with friends for a great cup of coffee. They have a room for your staff meetings and parties. So clean with so much detail and love for their customers. Love Love Love this place.

I got the Tucson chicken. Wonderful. I have gotten coffee several time, very good. (I like plain black coffee). Everyone is always friendly. Super neat place. Much better than the chain coffee shop they put in down the road.

I edited this review to note that they seem to have changed the meat they use on the Ruben, it’s not as good. And is seems as though it is taking longer and longer to get your food. Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich today. If the place had been full of customers I could understand the delay but it was only about a third full. I have no way of knowing their system in the kitchen but something needs to change. People who ordered after us got their order before us. A long time before us. We will still go but…make sure you have plenty of time to wait. How long does it take to make a sandwich. Oh yeah, it was cold when it came out. I still like the place though.

Absolutely wonderful! The sandwiches were delicious and the coffee was just outstanding. My wife got coleslaw in place of the chips and it was just perfect; fresh cabbage with a very light mayonnaise and vinegar dressing. I love good coffee and have never been a fan of “americano” since the ones I’ve had from the national chains all tasted like watered down day old espresso. But this place’s americano proved that’s not how it’s supposed to be. It was good; I mean really good.
The decor was relaxing and comfortable. The owners have done a great job in renovating an old building and turning it into a place the community can be proud of. In speaking with the owners, I learned of many things they are doing for the Levelland community through volunteer efforts and a charity that they sponsor. The day we visited there was a large group of children attending a learning event created and hosted by Mosaic.
Bottom line: Really good people running a real good restaurant. Levelland may not be on the beaten path, but Mosaic is worth making a detour to that small town.

I have lived in Levelland less than a year. I was introduced by a friend to the shop, and it is now my family’s favorite place to hangout in town. The drinks, food, and treats are all fantastic. Also, the owners of Mosaic Sandwich & Coffee Co. are the sweetest people you will ever meet in your life. Once, I ordered take out and got home to find out I forgot my cookies at the shop. During business hours the owner, Leah, drove to my house to deliver the cookies to us.
You will be doing yourself a favor by making this place a regular part of your life as we have. You will experience a wholesome dining experience, with occasional live music and evening events. Thank you Mosaic!

We had a group of 10 or so and we still had the best service! Atmosphere is great and so was the coffee and food. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t been there you’re missing out!

Don’t get me wrong, this place can make some good food. As far as receiving it while it’s still warm…not going to happen. I have eaten here nearly every day, and have had okay service. Lately it has taken my food 2-3 sometimes even 4 hours to be delivered. I have even gone back to the restaurant to make sure they didn’t lose my order…luckily an hour after I went back, they finally got it out. It just is irritating when I go back and they aren’t even busy.
