Went at lunch time. Sharon was very pleasant and informed me of the special when I went to order. Food (personal pan /wings) were super fresh and bottled drinks were ice cold. Store looked clean inside. Even though this is a “drive-thru location” they do have one 2-top table I was able to sit at and eat lunch.

We gotten a thin crust pizza.When we got home it was hard and couldn’t eat it. Awful. Called the store shift leader said the thin crust pizza is like a cracker hard and crunchy. Won’t go back cause they didn’t honor another to replace it. Sad

idk who’s working on 7/6/25 between 5-7 pm at the 431 location but this is the first time in a long time, i was very satisfied with my food from a restaurant. my food was prepared just right & packed neatly (doordash order). i should’ve taken pictures but i didn’t think to leave a review until after i ate. thank you!

This location has the worst customer service because of MANAGEMENT. When you order a pizza on the app and you explaining to the cashier and management that this not what you ordered, but they continue to chastise you about how to use the app. So I was going to accept another replacement pizza, but the manager continued to speak to me like I’m a child. She refused to refund my $12.06 and decided to wasted more of the business money by making me another pizza after I clearly told her not too! As I waited outside for police, the manager came to the door and offered a replacement pizza again, which I refused. So she decided to call me childish. I asked her to go back inside and leave me alone. Cops arrived and he explained once the food leaves the building they will not give a refund. He tried to get me a gift card but I elected to leave and call corporate. That the rate they’re going, this business will be close soon. Remember, it not what you say, but how you deliver the message!
