If I could leave no stars, I would. The mistake I’ve made is continuously going back to see if the service and the accuracy of the orders ever improve. This location is awful, especially when compared to the Osage Beach location I’ve been to. They have completely messed up my last 4 orders. The most recent time, they had run out of boneless wings for my two orders of 12, and instead of cancelling our order or letting us know when we picked it up, they gave us half our order (all one flavor instead of the two chosen) and stuffed the remainder of what they had in the kitchen in one box. Didn’t bother telling us. Thankfully, we knew better from past experience and checked. They were not sympathetic in the slightest and did nothing to make up for the extra half hour we sat there waiting for bone-in wings instead. It’s obvious they need to stop hiring the bottom of the barrel employees, even if that’s a large portion of the entry level Jefferson City population.

We just got our Door Dash order and It was screwed up. We ordered 16 bone in wings. Half Lemon Pepper and Half Garlic Parmesan.
When we opened the orders, we got 8 bone in smoked wings and 8 Boneless breaded wings. (they looked like chicken nuggets)
Oh. the fries were limp and soggy as well.
I didn’t bother to call and complain due, to having to wait another 40 minutes to get the correct order.
Hope they read reviews. It’s July 27th. Ordered around 6:15 pm.

These are some of the best wings I’ve had. I ordered the boneless honey chipotle and the Hawaiian teriyaki. AMAZING!!!!!! The wings were crispy, the fries were the nice balance. Great job! When I visit Jeff city again in the future, you are my first order.

man i’m tryna order wings and door dash won’t let me order wings so i guess i can’t get wings. kinda lame that i can only order through door dash. i called the store and was told to try calling door dash. i called doordash and they tell me the store has their hours set wrong on there and they can’t edit that so that’s why i can’t order. call the store again just to make sure i can’t order over the phone and i can’t. doesn’t make any sense. wings look good and the prices are good but only being able to order through door dash is pretty dumb. hopefully it’s fixed and i can try it soon

I had ordered 16 piece bone in chickenwings the chicken wings look like it was not cooked at all its white looking and the curly fries was really soggy almost like it’s been sitting in oil for a while I would never recommend anyone to order here I will never eat here again the first and the last time I eat here no thank you.
