They have a very good variety of skewers and hand rolls. We ordered a meat and a vegetable skewer combination. The skewers were perfectly cooked and came with yummy sauce, very tasty. We also ordered the 4x hand roll combo and a clam soup. The soup was a bit blank but it had plenty of clams which were very yummy. Overall you enjoyed all the dishes. The bill added up quickly though. I knocked a star off an otherwise five star meal due to the relatively high price.

Wanted to love this place because we love Inital D but the food was so underwhelming. we came for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy at all. You order from the QR code on the table. We weren’t sure if our order went through because they’re was no confirmation but food started showing up so I guess it worked. They were running some specials for $1. I’d stay away from those. They were our least favorite thing. We did like the other skewers we ordered better.

I brought my dog …so I ate at a table outside and checked out all the sick cars in the parking lot.
This is not just a place for car guys because the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Great place for a family meal.
But it also is an amazing place for people into the car scene! Lots of cool car photos and always cool people to talk too.
Great location with lots of parking! The road goes straight into the parking lot, so it’s perfect for low cars.
There should be more places like this! But there isn’t… so check it out!

Always the best quality and service! My go to spot for great sashimi and hand rolls. Fresh wasabi! The skewers are good too! Price point is a good value and the decor is a cool remake of the Famous tofu shop!

Absolutely loved my experience at Fujiwara Tofu Bistro! The Matcha Creme and Taro drinks were my favorites, incredibly flavorful. The tofu dishes were a standout, with a texture that was amazingly soft. The Initial D concept adds a cool and interesting touch to the overall ambiance. Can’t wait to visit again!

I’m more of a JoJo’s bizarre adventure fan but I don’t think anyone is opening a restaurant themed with that. Maybe KoR? Anyhow, the food here is amazing! I certainly recommend the chicken karage, fried calamari, all the hand rolls are great! We had a lot of skewers as well. The Thai tea was also very good. Great spot!!

Consider this place as a hangout for Car Enthusiasts. You initial D fans can now eat sushi and drink boba. The owner is Pikachupcar on Instagram. Very chill and genuine owner. Congratulations on the new business! You can follow fujiwaratofubistroI on Instagram for updates. I liked the way how the handroll sushi was made. If your ordered to-go, simple instructions is given on the back. The boba and unagi roll I had was good. Im sure the owner will add more items on the menu but it’s only a start, things will become better. Other than that, check it out!
