My coworker and I came here on our lunch break for the first time recently. We dined in. We got the Kare Kare and Ube Horchata, Lumpia, and Ube Pancakes. The Kare-Kare was well presented, you can chose lechon or beef, I chose lechon and I am glad I did. The lechon was perfectly crunchy. Some bites were super salty though. I appreciate that they put the bagoong on the side so you ca control how much you want. the ube horchata was very yummy. My coworker enjoyed her pancakes. Lumpia was also delicious. Food took a bit to come out, but not too long. They are a bit on the pricier side but i feel like the portions make up for it. Our waiter was very nice. Now, today I ordered takeout. I wasn’t feeling great so I decided to go with Bulalo (bone marrow soup. Around $22 after tax) I will say everything was packaged great. I even asked for extra broth and they gave it to me no problem. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the bulalo at all. The broth was very lacking in flavor, I know generally bulalo is a light soup but it almost tasted like water, it needed more salt/pepper and patis for sure. There was also no bone? pieces of marrow/fat, yes, but no meat on the bone… it was chunks of beef that were unfortunately extremely chewy and dry. only 2 very small pieces of corn as well and 3 pieces of cabbage, loads of green beans though. to be fair, every restaurant has their hits and misses, unfortunately the bulalo was a miss and future pass.

Lechon Loco was our first time here and we really liked the whole Filipino-Latin fusion idea. There were six of us and we all ended up trying a little of everything.
Overall, most of us enjoyed our food.
I really liked the ube French toast and the pork bagnet chicharrons on the side — both were really good. My little one ordered the enchilada plate and the portion was bigger than we expected. I tried it and thought it was okay, just not something I’d personally order again.
We went on a Saturday for lunch and it wasn’t very busy. We were seated right away, and the space seemed big enough to easily handle a group of about 10 people.
I’d definitely come back. There were a lot of things on the menu I still want to try, and I wish I had taken more photos.

We absolutely loved our experience here! Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in, the restaurant was clean and inviting! The real showstopper is the food, we had a hard time deciding but after some recommendations we settled on trying the Lumpia to start, it was crispy so flavorful. Then we ordered the Ube Waffles with Wings (garlic fish sauce) and the Lechon Belly – Crispy pork belly, sunny side up egg, pork adobo rice. Both were fantastic! The waffles were fluffy and decadent with an ube sauce to drizzle on, the wings were crispy and succulent. The Lechon Belly was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing, enough check ins to keep our drinks refilled but not feel like too much. We are already planning our next trip back!

Finally found the time to make it into Lechon Loco. The concept of Filipino x Latin food intrigued me awhile ago, and I am so very glad I stopped in. Cute space with a dining room and separate bar that has a full view of the kitchen. I ordered their signature Lechon Belly, which was a large portion of crispy fried pork belly aside a pork fried adobo rice with an over easy egg and veggie garnish to eat there and an order of lumpia to go. The portion was big enough that I had to take some home and everything tasted fantastic. The pork belly was crispy on top and perfectly tender under. Rice wasn’t overcooked, egg was gorgeous, vegetables were a nice texture difference. It came with a home made brown sugar based ¿Vinegrette? That added complexity and a subtle sweetness to anything you dipped in it. When I was able to consume some of the lumpia it was expertly packed, rolled, and fried, crispy without being burnt and also incredibly flavorful. I’m assuming pork due to the place but I would have been happy with any type of meat in it. I also consumed their Ube Horchata which was a lovely sweet/earthy combo as promised by the name. Definitely recommend this place. It is winter at the time of writing this so there was no wait, get in before this place pops off. They’ve been there for a year and more people should know about it. They offer all day breakfast which I will be going back to try at some point. The staff were kind, attentive, and excited to have someone visit.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary brunch. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend. The atmosphere is very clean and cultural with the artwork on the wall, bringing that Mexican and Filipino heritage to the art as well as on the food menu. We had the Lumpia, Sisig and Pampano. Both our coffees with Ube and the cream cheese topping, which surprisingly made them taste really good.
Prava was our waitress and was very friendly and even give her a big tip. Definitely coming back

Discovered this place over a year ago and love coming here. Since the last time we visited, they opened up their dining area which allows for more customers-definitely a good thing.
If you come, recommend the Lechon Belly and Sisig (see pics). Both are made well and taste delicious.
I’d also recommend the halo-halo (sadly I don’t have a photo because my wife ate through it so fast as i type this, the only photo you’d see is one of half empty goblet but judging by her oohs and tums, it’s was likely spectacularly delicious. HOWEVER, (and this is an edit to my original review), my wife discovered (as she dug through the shaved ice) to her dismay that there didn’t seem to be enough leche flan, jackfruit and other jellied fruits that come with it. Even though she told the waitress (who was kind enough to bring more ube vs leche flan), I think in the end, the dessert fell flat and seemed more ice and evaporated milk. Let’s just chalk this up to a one-off anomaly vs the norm.

Good food. The puncit is usually made with pork but I asked if he could change it to chicken. They accommodated my request. I love Filipino food. Glad this place is here. Lots of seating and big TV’s.

Been following everything I could about this restaurant on their social media as well as what news I could find as a Filipino restaurant in Tacoma is super exciting! I came here with my mother (but will come here with my Filipino boyfriend) to try them out! We were able to find parking luckily and we also were lucky to grab the last seat as they had a full house inside. Our waiter welcomed us very warmly and professionally before grabbing some menus and then taking us over to the table. The table had little mats with utensils and at the wall end of the table had condiments, sauces, and little sauce dishes. The walls had some art on them with yellow and green paint on the walls. I felt the decor was cute and gives vibes of street eateries, which also feels amplified with street food videos at the Philippines playing on the TVs. The bathroom is all gender too as they had a urinal and toilet as well as a baby changing area.
Our waiter did a great job checking in on tables and providing the same hospitality he showed us to everyone else. The check ins were less frequent once the restaurant was getting empty, but I am impressed with how fast they cleaned up tables once they get cleared. When I told him that I was a Yelp Elite and here for the event, he immediately told me that he would get me the Calamansi iced tea and got the lumpia getting made for me. We ended up ordering the lechon belly and a little later we got the ube iced coffee. The drinks were very refreshing and not overly sweet, which made us very happy as more often you get overly sweet drinks. Also, I noticed not one review mentioned their complimentary chips and salsa but I learned from the waiter that you can ask for it and they will provide it. Additionally, they will refill it for you too! The salsa didn’t really have anything memorable but it’s a complimentary so I’m not really going to say it was a negative. The lechon is by far one of the best that I have had in Washington. The stuffing they put in the lechon, especially the lemongrass, is such a burst of umami! Definitely coming back and trying more of their menu as well as return back for some favorites from this trip.

We stopped by here for lunch and ordered the Loco Moco, Palabok, and Kare Kare. The food was absolutely delicious! The Loco Moco was my favorite—it was the best for me. We will definitely come back again. The customer service was great as well.
