Authentic Peruvian food and authentic Peruvian atmosphere. Went with a Peruvian friends so they ordered a variety of dishes and they were all amazing. Staff is very friendly and service is fast.

Update below:: The lomo Saltado was great but the waitress left a bad taste in my mouth. She really had zero personality and I can only assume she was either the owner of the restaurant (“high horse” vibes ) or someone that was on her last week of working there. Biggest complaints: unfriendly, no ice for my drink, came only in the beginning and end of eating, gave me the smallest possible amount of sauce for my fries, stuck a card reader in my face without any explanation of the itemize list, again unfriendly as this deserves twice the mention… Will not be back again so adios ✌ .
UPDATE~ Gave it another chance and it was a big hit with great service. The Ceviche is hard to beat . Glad we gave it another chance!

The food is great and the service matches it. As a suggestion it would be prudent if they added some decor and/or touched up the place. Overall, it is one of those unsuspecting hole in the walls that surprises you.

This is a new restaurant. And the food blew me away. I got the trio marino and I had some of the best tasting rice ever!! And the fried fish/shrimp was good and fresh with amazing fried batter. The ceviche was good but I wish they provided some chips to go along with it.

From the first bite I was immediately transported! I haven’t found Ceviche de conchas negras since I was in Trujillo Peru over 20 years ago! My mom’s from Peru and is an incredible cook so it takes some real SAZON to blow my socks off!! Inka Chef is AMAZING !! Hands down the best Authentic Peruvian cuisine I have had in the area! Run don’t walk!!
