I stopped in at New Town Food & Spirits for a late lunch after running a few errands. It was around 1:40 PM, and the bartender was cool enough to let me order from the lunch menu. The food was above average—I went with a grilled cheese and French fries, and both were superb. The grilled cheese had perfectly toasted bread with a great crust, crunchy in every bite, and the cheese was on point. The fries were clearly homemade, fresh, and cooked just right. Honestly, it was one of the best grilled cheeses I’ve ever had.
The bartender was attentive, warm, and very pleasant—easy to talk to, not pushy or aggressive at all. Around 1:45 PM the atmosphere was chill and relaxing, with the place about a quarter full. New Town Food & Spirits was a great stop for lunch, and I’ll definitely be back.

Our first visit was a definite mix of hits and misses, but the overall experience was positive enough to warrant a second trip.
The Highs:
The star of the menu was the French Onion Soup—rich, cheesy, and an absolute must-try. The burger was another winner, excellent flavor. For sides, skip the fresh-cut fries and head straight for the beer-battered fries; they were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The boneless wings were also a good choice.
The Lows:
Unfortunately, some dishes missed the mark. The cheesesteak was quite disappointing, suffering from being both dry and flavorless. The Italian hoagie was surprising, as the meats didn’t hit the mark and the veggie toppings were noticeably lacking in freshness.
Overall Verdict:
It was a good first experience, and we plan to return at least once more to explore items on the menu.

I cannot express enough that the General Manager Paul Michael is the reason i visit this place. He makes you feel so welcoming from the second i walked into the establishment.
The bar and bathrooms were very clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My Malibu bay breeze was fantastic. Shoutout to Paul Michael for running such a fantastic place!!

The portions are absolutely ginormous! The drinks are so delicious! My server Erica is so friendly. And so knowledgeable. I definitely will be coming back here! And here I am. Back again. 2nd time. Craving the ahi tuna nachos. Mike our server is AMAZING!!!!!! He went out of his way to make my son a special virgin drink. Every time I come here, I have more and more good things to say about this place!!!! Just like our first time… I’m definitely coming back.

First visit with my wife was a good experience. The parking lot was nearly full when we arrived for dinner, but I took that as a positive. We entered to find a clean modern design. The staff greeted us immediately & we were seated promptly. Several seating options are available including the bar. We sat at a 2 seat table. The restaurant has a lot of great sounding choices for dinner between a good regular menu & additional seasonal menu. We went with a sandwich from each. Our server was very friendly & checked back multiple times (A+). We both enjoyed the sandwich we chose. Portions were good, I don’t think we could’ve eaten much more. We were very pleased with the dinner overall and will definitely return to try some other things. Trivia night was starting as our meal was winding up, but we were ready to head home.

We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at New Town and I couldn’t be happier how everything turned out. I spoke to Kayla a week before to let her know we were going to be having a large party (20-25) people. She was more then happy to accommodate our request. Upon arrival we had a friendly greating at the door and taken to a giant table next to the bar that had plenty of room for our party. Alona was our server/bartender and she was on point. She was constantly running back and forth making sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were great and we really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Lots of laughs and memories made that night. Thanks New Town crew!

The food was okay, but tasted just a little “off.” That was the consensus between myself and the other individual eating at the table. I’m not sure if the food was overcooked or if it was the combination of foods, but both the chicken and the steak sandwiches we’re not that good. They were okay. The french fries were out of this world.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The music by the outside tables was a bit too loud. The server forgot part of my meal, and eventually, after waiting a while, I had to go back in and ask for it. The bar seemed to be the busiest area of the restaurant.
I don’t think I would go back here. I think its just their style of cooking I dont like. But it’s a lot to spend for a relatively mediocre meal.

We had a great experience here. Bella was a beyond phenomenal server and the food was very good. We enjoyed the music as well. Nice simple decor and the porch looks like a great hangout spot. They keep it neat and clean. Looking forward to visiting again.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Kids pizza, kids pasta with butter, Brussels salad, French onion soup and mild wings. The wings were dry. No sauce at all. The soup had no flavor. Like they just used water and not beef stock or broth. The brussel salad tasted like they dug the vegetables out of the ground, tossed them together and threw them in the to go box. Absolutely terrible. And for $70. Will not be eating from here again.
