Completely worth the trip off the interstate to visit the ladies at Dab’s. We enjoyed our food and they were as friendly as could be. I have recommended them to at least five people I know that travel through the area regularly. We will definitely be back.

The family and I attended Dab’s for the first time while we were home for a funeral to have the Repass. The food was absolutely delicious! The flavor was excellent! The restaurant seated over 50+ family and friends. Me being a non pork eater made me especially appreciate the collard greens and green beans being cooked in turkey. They even provided special meals for vegan eaters in the family. If you are ever in Princeton, do yourself a favor and stop by to try this delicious food.

I’m so glad I found this restaurant while passing through WV on our way home to SC. We had a party of 4. Each of our meals were delicious! My husband and sister both agree that theiir hot dogs were the best they had ever had.
For my husband to have said this is really saying something because he’s the biggest critic of any hot dog throughout the country. He said that the homemade chili and the fact that they grill their weenies is what made it so delicious.
I had the fried chicken breast dinner with mac & cheese, and fried okra. The mac & cheese was so good it would make you wanna smack your mama!
My BIL had a hamburger. The patty was thick, unlike most places now a days. He bragged about how juicy it was.
The banana pudding did not disappoint either! We all left stuffed!
I highly recommend this restaurant.
The owner was very friendly too, and I pray that God gives his favor over her, her business and her family in everything she does.

I had never heard of this place before but they catered and in house event for us and this is hands down the best southern cooking I’ve had in West Virginia. Being from South Carolina that says a lot. I absolutely love their BBQ. I will be eating here again and again

Let me tell you what! For those that don’t know about Dabs country cookin in Princeton. You need to take a drive to 301 Mercer Street! She really outdid herself, and was willing to go the extra mile to take impeccable care of us, during this difficult time/saddening season of losing a beloved loved one. But that food gave everyone something to smile about. Family catching up and bonding over food…breaking bread with old friends!! And NANA, my homegirl from Welch hill, and her staff, made this possible!! Man, they drove to Charlotte, just to have the photo ready in time for the Repast…this was nothing that we requested. It was something that she did, out of the goodness of her heart!! She asked me
For her favorite colors, so could decorate in blue and green, just to have that “extra special touch”. She wanted it to be special…she knew it was special…and it was special…
She really did not disappoint! The chicken, the ham, the fish (not a piece left in the pan), the greens, potato salad, green beans…desserts, and yes, the LEMONADE, were HITS!! Everyone left with full bellies and happy hearts, and I’ll never forget what she has done for us!! A TRUE FRIEND WHO’s LIKE A SISTER!!

Stopped in the restaurant dabs. The owner was fantastic. The food was great desserts was a wonderful I ever make it to West Virginia again I will make sure I stop in there. This place and the staff are amazing. She wasn’t even open yet. Let me in and order food and said I got you. Food came out quick and was fantastic. Then she mentioned deserts and I couldn’t resist. Would recommend this to everyone prices are fair and great portions, and in todays market that’s hard to come by. Will be back again to try everything on that menu.
